Vayne is a highly mobile and deadly AD carry, known for her exceptional dueling potential and ability to shred through tanks with ease. Whether you're new to Vayne or looking to refine your skills, this guide will provide you with the knowledge and techniques you need to dominate the Rift. We'll cover runes, item builds, combos, and essential gameplay tips to help you master this champion. Let's dive in and learn how to unleash the full potential of Vayne together!

Pros:

Cons:

Passive: Night Hunter
Vayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers, gaining 30 Move Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.

Q: Tumble
Vayne tumbles, maneuvering to carefully place her next shot. Her next attack deals bonus damage.

W: Silver Bolts
Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the same target deals a percentage of the target's max health as bonus true damage.

E: Condemn
Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back, and fires a huge bolt at her target, knocking them back and dealing damage. If they collide with terrain, they are impaled, dealing bonus damage and stunning them.

R: Final Hour
Readying herself for an epic confrontation, Vayne gains increased Attack Damage, Invisibility during Tumble, reduced Tumble cooldown, and more bonus Move Speed from Night Hunter

The good old Blade of the Ruined King into Guinsoo's Rageblade still works best. Generic good additions to that core build are Kraken Slayer for single target damage Terminus or Wit's End for more on hit Damage or Experimental Hexplate for an Ult based gameplay.
Jak'Sho, The Protean will solve your survivability issues.

Lethal Tempo is the best choice for overall damage, even though Press the Attack synergizes well with your stacking ability. Triumph can save your life after going all-in during a fight, while Legend: Bloodline provides needed sustain. You can also pick Legend: Alacrity to boost your damage if you feel like you won't need the sustain.

Besides that, Coup de Grace is a no-brainer and should always be taken on Vayne as it gives you a huge damage boost. The Resolve tree offers you survivability, with staple choices being Overgrowth and Conditioning.

Q resets your auto-attack animation.

Using Q near a wall resets the Q animation.

Auto-attack → Q → Auto-attack → E will instantly proc your W. This combo can finish off low-health opponents when you can't manage three consecutive attacks. Be cautious, though; if they survive, E is already used, and they are likely out of range. This combo is most effective under an opponent's tower, offering the most burst damage Vayne can provide.

You can use E and flash afterward to change/influence your E target direction.

Don't Tumble and then activate your ultimate; Q will be on cooldown until you attack an enemy.

Use your ult from a brush or hidden spot and walk as far as possible before your first attack to surprise and kill enemies out of nowhere.

You can juke your enemies by activating R + Q and escaping in a different direction.

While Vayne is a playmaker, remember that your main goal is to win the game, not just create a YouTube montage clip and lose the game (I hope so!).

Don't buy Runaan's Hurricane on Vayne, please. :D

Vayne doesn't have the best laning phase or the highest attack range, and she's not easy to master. However, if you successfully play your lane or even get a lead, she becomes a very rewarding champion. In my opinion, the biggest advantage of playing Vayne is that you don't have to worry about tanks. Her true damage allows her to shred through even the toughest opponents, making her a formidable presence in the late game.
