Skill Info

- Shaco stealths himself instantly and teleports to target location. next attack is guaranteed to critically strike.
Shaco teleports nearby and becomes stealthed for 3.5 seconds.

next basic attack within the next 6 seconds will critically strike, dealing 140/160/180/220/240% damage (normal critical strikes deal 200% damage).

Range 500

- Shaco creates an animated Jack-in-the-Box at target location, which will wait, stealthed, to Fear nearby units and attack them when some come nearby.
Shaco creates a Jack in the Box at the target location. It will Stealth after 2 seconds, and pop out when an enemy comes near, fearing nearby enemies for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds and attacking them.

Its attacks deal 35/55/75/95/115 (+0.2) magic damage and it lasts for 90 seconds while stealthed or 5 seconds while firing.

Range 425

- Shaco's Shivs passively poison targets on hit, slowing them and applying a miss chance to minions. He can throw his Shivs to deal damage and poison the target.
Passive: Shaco's basic attacks poison his target, reducing their Movement Speed. If the target is a minion, it reduces their chance to hit by 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% for 2 seconds.

Active: Deals 40/80/120/160/200 (+) (+1) magic damage to target enemy, and poisons them for 3 seconds. Upon activating this ability the passive is removed until Two-Shiv Poison becomes available again.

Range 625

- Shaco creates an illusion of himself near him, which can attack nearby enemies. (Deals half damage to turrets.) Upon death, it explodes, dealing damage to nearby enemies.
Shaco vanishes briefly and reappears with a clone that lasts up to 18 seconds. The clone deals 75% of Shaco's damage and receives 50% increased damage.

On death, the clone detonates, dealing 300/450/600 (+1) magic damage to nearby enemies.

- Shaco deals 20% bonus damage when striking a unit from behind.

Summary

When people think Shaco people think one.. stay out of the bushes. or two.. jungle. well i have a whole new prospective on Shaco. crit hell!.. who the hell is Gangplank? Shaco is the new guy in town. This isnt a way to troll your team. or anyone this is a legit build. and I use it to this day. every match in fact, when Shaco is not banned anywayz. I've used this build to jungle as well as lane. and it works. to my surprise.

Disclaimer
This is not a build for someone just trying out Shaco.

Skill Sequence

I start off with Jack In The Box 1st as These boxes are nice farmers early as well as Gankers lolz.. Let me explain, better yet show you
-Video By Zam3!! As you can see

I then at lvl 2 I go with Deceive This gives me the ability to chase early , and play with my enemy a bit. along with the nice crit bonus that sometimes can land a kill.

for lvls 3 and 4 i put it in my major ganking skill Two-Shiv Poison By slowing the target always help full long with some nice damage.

getting my ult Hallucinate at lvls 6,11,& 16 the norm

The rest of the lvls is really up 2 you. I only tell you to take these 1st cause i believe they work best in this order for early game.

Items

Items, Items, Items. as you can see my Items Revolve around Crits and this is what you want. HOWEVER Depending on the team i'm facing my build changes. But i do keep my

Core Items

These are my core items simply cause they benefit me the most Phantom Dancer gives me my needed attack speed(55%) along with movement speed(x15), and a nice chunk of Crit chance(30). Infinity Edge the +80 damage and 25 crit chance is all fine and dandy but what your getting the item for is the UNIQUE Passive: +50 crit strike damage. throwing your spikes into the roof, so to speak

Situation Items

Mercury's Treds A well needed item in cause your facing a team full of CC Exp: Ashe
I mainly use this for its ACTIVE passive against a Karthus or Vladimir ult, or stopping a Annie Combo. If you are willing to sacrifice damage for survivability you can pick this up.
If you don't have Merc Treads and you get into a lot of CC this could be slightly helpful, with 20% crit and 25 Tenacity you don't stray to far off your crit build
I rarely take it. But if you find your self focused hard the Health might do you some good. along with the Passive that lets you slow down your enemy each basic attack, makes chasing a bit more do-able
Crits mean HP Gain. If your a fan of life steal don't see why this wudnt fit the bill.
My personal FAV nice armor for you people who want some protection, and life steal. Not alot, but just enough to heal you with a minion wave or two.

Starting Game:

I normally start out with and
That way im on my way to building my however when I know ill be laneing with a pusher like Caitlyn ill get Doran's Blade for that extra health that will be much needed.

As The Game Goes On:

1.) After getting my Boots and Zeal The next item on my list will depend on the team, if im not seeing much CC I'll go for my Berserker's Greaves if I do Mercury's Treds

2.) The Battle is raging on yet I feel my damage out put is not keeping up with there carry, time to grab a B.F. Sword

3.) I Should have at least 3-4 kills by now. and should have my Phantom Dancer if not and im having a bad game ill just build up to it with Cloak of Agility

4.) Having gotten your Phantom Dancer and a few more kills useing the B.F. Sword you've gotten earlier you should be getting your Infinity Edge Nows were you get annoying mid game.

5.) Mid game is shaco's fav But your not god, here's were you wanna get your sustainability items wither it be a health item like Frozen Mallet or spell deflector such as Banshee's Veil but if your anything like me id be going for lifesteal Wriggle's Lantern gotta love the old lantern!

6.) Getting into late game you should have gotten what you need to counter what you can of the enemy and working on your Youmuu's Ghostblade

7.) Late game. Most champs have a better late game then shaco, and are more helpful to the team then shaco. So Picking off stragglers and always getting drag is really your job late game.

Runes

Greater Mark of Desolation

Greater Quintessence of Desolation

x3

I take Greater Quintessence of Desolation for some much needed, and very use full armor pen for early game, though Ive tried Greater Quintessence of Health i prefer bronze over, "grab as much health as I can"

I grab Glyph of Critical Chance for extra crit chance. Glyph of Attack Speed is also acceptable and something i would agree to but i prefer the crit over the attack speed, with Glyphs anyway

Now with Seals Seal of Attack Speed I completely recommend. The attack speed is very nice. that early game boost is what i really like. then again any thing that gives me a boost early game i like.

with Marks i believe the best choice is Mark of Desolation 15 armor pen may not sound like alot, however. its a big deal early game. there we go again. what can i say? early game tells how late game is gonna be.

Summoner Spells

I use These these skills simply cause they help me get the kill. Ignite stoping a good part of there healing along with bonus damage and Exhaust slowing the target and taking off armor and magic resist. Also shaco has a built in Flash, so theres really no need for Ghost or Flash.

Recommended alternatives:
Simply put. Trololol. nothing pisses a player off more then heal.
Good for getting to a lane quick. I often use this if no one else does if someone trys to backdoor. dam noobs:P
Like i said before shaco has his Deceive however... doesnt mean Ghost cant be used for other things.
I have jungled from time to time. however this isnt a jungleing guide.

WHY THE %?$% DO YOU HAVE THAT?!:
Just GTFO man.
STill wondering when there gonna replace this with something useful

Masteries

Alrighty lets get down to business.
I go 24 on Offence and 6 on Defense

The early game damage from offensive masteries and 6% bonus on low health targets Executioner give a nice early game boost. As a personal preference I take Exhaust and Ignite to help me take early game lane control and secure kills. As such Weapon Expertise and Sunder along with my runes give just what i need to rid of early game armor and what not.

I get Hardiness and Resistance to give shaco some type of defense since I really dont give him any. i dont put more then this into simply cause you shudnt be worrying about how much damage you can take. As shaco your job is to catch and kill the stragglers, focusing on your defense will only make you even more defenseless.
