About Me

How is it going guys! My name is Rezone and I'm a Master Tier Midlane main. I peaked at 270 LP Master Tier in Season 9! I upload gameplays, guides, tips and pretty much any other League of Legends related content you could ever ask for!

I was the BEST HEIMERDINGER EUW in Season 7 & 9 and I'm best known for inventing the Holy Trinity of Tilt build on a couple of seasons ago (Banner of Command, ZZ'Rot Portal and Rylai's)! I've also recently competed in TWITCH RIVALS where I played ADC and came joint first against other streamers such as TFBlade. I peaked 270 LP Master tier in Season 9 and this was due to my aggressive play style!

You will always want to take when playing as . Without , adding this to her already mobile kit allows you to lock down combos or escape with ease. and are my preferred Summoners because they allow me to get early kills pre-6 if you play aggressive enough. This in turn gives me an early power spike, which can lead to first blood and a potential snowball. also increases your kill pressure in the worse of matchups and allows you to 1v2 early ganks while procing .

Flash is taken as your primary escape summoner and is works tremendously well on champions that have an escape mechanism already built into their kit like Lissandra. allows you to make fantastic escapes, or to get in range for your E+W Combo in teamfights.

Ignite suits my playstyle due to the high burst it offers with early game. It offers additional kill pressure, turn around potential and will help me get ahead in lane early.

Teleport offers great map control and global pressure. She can use it to get back to lane and help her allies get kills around the map. is also good for countering ganks or matching roams. Having also adds great objective pressure with having strong lockdown built into her ultimate.

’s build depends on a few different things. She is very versatile so you can build a lot of different items on her.

Is the recommended start for . It gives her mana, haste, a great amount of AP and allows her abilities to burst down waves with the proc. It is a good item for Lissandra, and will be very beneficial in team fights/early trades in lane. Being able to poke from afar and constantly proc this allows you to play safely yet still poke down your enemy laner.

give you extra pen and movement speed. Penetration is so important on Mages including . It is also very good versus tanky team comps, especially combined with. If the enemy has lots of CC or lots of AP champions, is preferred, this is fantastic with and her escape mechanism. It's great being able to have reduced stun duration along with her E/R + for enhanced mobility.

For your next item, you’ll need to go . It offers you extra protection against high burst champions like assassins and will help save your life in team fights. It also has good synergy with your Ultimate which can prolong your life enough in teamfights to allow peel and disengage. This item is an integral buy for due to its extreme synergy.

is a fantastic additional in Season 14 for mages like Lissandra, the burst is easy to proc and comboed with her Ult and Passive..it brings destruction to teamfights. It is good on because of the synergy with her kit and general playstyle. is an option also as has high mobility in her kit if you want to play more utility or tankier. It synergises well and allows her to heavily slow the enemies. If you need to, you can also go for a to reduce the enemies healing depending on the matchup.

The new changes to make it a must have on nearly every AP champion. Once you've gained enough burst or base AP you can watch the chaos unfold with your abilities criting on low life enemies. If needed this can be swapped out for OR you can have both if you want to choose damage over survivability.

For your final item, you should go . It will heavily increase your AP thanks to the raw and Passive stats it provides, buying this late allows you to have your highest potential Ability Power. In the late game, it will also heavily increase your damage output and make you a huge threat.

is a viable rune for toplane or support along with . This is due to the nature of the champions you will be against - , , , , , etc...These champions are mostly melee and having allows you to consistently punish them and poke them for trying to CS or trade any kind of damage! allows you to play a lot more utility based focusing on slows and stuns with a more tanky low risk playstyle. Sadly both of these runes fall off late game unless you have a solid team around you to support and help along the way.

is a great keystone on in the early game. Once you get level 3 you can do a crazy amount of damage with a E+W+Q Combo. offers a lot of additional burst damage, while or only offer poke, these runes don't offer her much in relation to lane pressure as has quite low range for a mage. is great throughout the game, even into late.

is a great rune for . It offers her extra sustain and survivability in lane which allows you to stay longer without recalling.

is a great rune for any midlaner who likes to invade or gets ganked alot in Season 15. Totem Wards placed in the enemy jungle are considered Deep. All Deep wards are granted 1 bonus health, Deep Stealth Wards last 30 − 45 (based on average champion level) seconds longer, and Deep Totem Wards last 30 − 120 (based on average champion level) seconds longer. At level 9, wards placed in the river will also be considered Deep.

when played aggressive will overextend quite alot and this rune allows you to have constant vision of the enemy jungle when placed correctly!

The last domination rune to take on is . This works very well on her due to the amount of impact her ultimate offers teamfights. Having her Ultimate on a low cooldown helps increase the threat she offers.

For your secondary rune tree, with and is preferred. helps with early game poke and is very underrated, while helps deepen your mana pool as the game progresses - this helps you trade aggressively and not have to worry about going OOM once you have a

Abilities

Iceborn Subjugation is Lissandra’s Passive

When an enemy champion dies near they become a Frozen Thrall. Frozen Thralls slow nearby enemies and then, after a delay, shatter from the intense cold, dealing magic damage to nearby targets.

Ice Shard is Lissandra’s Q

Throws a spear of ice that shatters when it hits an enemy, dealing magic damage and slowing Movement Speed. Shards pass through the target, dealing the same damage to other enemies hit.

Ring of Frost is Lissandra’s W

Freezes nearby enemies in ice, dealing magic damage and rooting them.

Glacial Path is Lissandra's E

creates an ice claw that deals magic damage. Reactivating this ability transports to the claw's current location.

Frozen Tomb is Lissandra’s Ultimate

If cast on an enemy champion, the target is frozen solid, stunning it. If cast on Lissandra, she encases herself in dark ice, healing herself while becoming untargetable and invulnerable. Dark ice then emanates from the target dealing magic damage to enemies and slowing Movement Speed.

Pros and Cons

Every champion has some pros and cons, and Lissandra is no exception.

Pros

★ Can be played multiple lanes with a variety of runes. She can be built full damage or off-tank.

★ Although this guide only focused on in 1 role, she can be played in multiple positions - support, midlane, toplane and even APC.

★ Very strong CC and impact in teamfights due to her .

★ Hard to lock down due to her hyper mobility and slows.

★ Very good engage pick with strong burst damage when built correctly.

★ Can roam and help with objectives/other lanes due to her E.

★ Melee champs have a very difficult time against her .

Cons

★ Low health early and can be punished for it.

★ Low range compared to that of other mages.

★ A failed combo can easily be abused.

★ Low damage if not built correctly.

★ Doesn't scale into late game as effectively as other mages.

★ Very team reliant as all of her abilities are CC focused.

is an excellent mage that excels in teamfights, she can do wonders to set up her team and herself up for success. While she does have certain limitations with her early low damage, short range and her low carry potential, she more than makes up for it with her tremendous CC/lockdown and her ability to be useful to the team even if she falls behind. is a champion that a team can rely on for strong engages and picks to help setup teamfights. Take control of the Ice Queen of Death, learn to harness her frosty touch and send enemies straight to the Frost Tomb while laughing in LP gains.
