I'm only using one champion here as an example, since all the characters in the game would be better than Yuumi in the jungle.

Champion Build Guide
How it is works?
Short summary / warning (first thing to read).
Yuumi jungle is highly offmeta and carries real risks: you will be extremely vulnerable, you will struggle to clear camps and contest scuttle/ganks, and teammates or matchmade players may report or flame you if they don’t understand the plan. Only attempt Yuumi jungle with a full premade that knows the strategy, or expect to play a novelty/offrole game. Treat every step as highrisk.
Draft / champion select
Summoner spells: Smite + Exhaust is mandatory (Secure objectives/ Exhaust to gank better). You can take Flash instead of Smite if you don’t feel safe.
Team composition: You absolutely want teammates with reliable crowd control and strong early leashes (to help yours ganks).
Early game
Vision & awareness: ward entrances to your jungle and track the enemy jungler closely—Yuumi is punished severely by early invades.
Ganking & skirmishes
Gank approach: Yuumi should gank by attaching to a laner who will commit to the play and has CC. You add poke, root followup, or speed, but you cannot be the primary engage. Let your laner initiate while you attach and follow with E/W.
Priority on CC: if your team lacks CC, your ganks will be weak.
Using R: In ganks, use first you R to give shields tu your team and prevent them from interrupting your healing process
Objectives (Dragon/Herald/Baron)
At level 6, Yuumi can already kill the dragon alone, but there are always risks.
Securing objectives: always coordinate with your team; Yuumi’s contribution to the team is mostly utility, not raw damage.
Mid / late game & teamfights
Play as enabler: attach to the primary carry or strongest frontliner depending on the fight. Your job is to keep them alive and provide constant harassment, peel, and movement speed.
Positioning: attach early and detach only if you must reposition or to ult—don’t detach for trivial reasons; Yuumi is safest attached.
Split pushing: Yuumi can’t splitpush the jungle or carry sidelane objectives alone. Use her to bolster teammates who are doing those tasks.
Practical tips & micro decisions
Communicate in champ select and at start. Tell your team you intend to jungle Yuumi and ask for a leash and CC partners. If teammates refuse or are hostile, don’t force it.
Leash counts / Smite uses: keep track of your Smite uses and companion/treat progress—those determine when Smite will evolve. Do not assume evolution at fixed levels.
Final
Yuumi jungle can work as a gimmick in coordinated premades, but is extremely fragile, dependent on leash/CC, and mechanically limited. Do not expect to reliably solo objectives or outperform a real jungler easily. If you try it, prepare for a high variance outcome and always verify your Smite mechanics before attempting anything that depends on high Smite damage.
In short, you’ll be criticized for playing Yuumi—whether you’re good or bad, whether you use this build or not—so just enjoy the moment, and if you can play in a premade group, even better.
