Pyke
Try not to get careless with Pyke; his hook will leave you disabled and you’ll probably die. Always stay behind the minions and place a ward in the bushes near the tower, since, being an aggressive champion, you’ll likely spend most of your time near it.

Diana
The best synergy with this build, especially once you obtain the item 'Abyssal Mask', is to boost the damage your AP ally deals, from the early game and increasing all the way to the late game. Combined with your ultimate and their ultimate, it will be a guaranteed victory.

Champion Build Guide
With this build, we turn our mid, early, and late game into something better and much more useful for all our teammates, not just our ADC.
This setup works best when your team has both AP and AD damage types, but it becomes especially powerful when you have an AP-heavy team — since you’ll be able to greatly scale the bonus damage you provide to your AP allies to immense levels.
Even so, it remains a highly recommended build to support your entire team, because although it doesn’t offer too much healing or shields, it adds small but meticulous details that can completely turn the game in your favor.
The best approach is to punish little by little—punish, punish, and punish. Take advantage of your passive and your Q at the beginning to heal your ADC when they take damage while also harming enemy champions. Save your E for the most important situations or imminent damage. It's all about wearing down your opponent and being patient.

As I mentioned before, the best approach is to punish little by little—punish, punish, and punish. Take advantage of your passive and your Q early on to heal your ADC when they take damage while also harassing enemy champions. Save your E for the most important situations or incoming burst damage. It’s all about wearing down your opponent and being patient, so conserve your mana early and play smart.
When you're under the tower, keep in mind that you can still be killed under your tower easily, as Yuumi doesn’t have many tools to survive there. However, with your ultimate and Exhaust, you might manage to escape—it’s not guaranteed, but it can work, especially if your attackers aren’t tanks. If they are tanks, there’s not much you can do, so don’t waste your abilities. (That said, if they’re tanks but it’s still early in the game, you might survive, since they won’t yet have enough HP to dive you comfortably under the tower.)
Try not to go warding alone unless you’re absolutely sure the area is safe. Yuumi is extremely vulnerable when detached from her allies, and a single mistake can easily lead to your death. If you suspect the enemy might be waiting in ambush—or even if you’re just being cautious—use your Q first to scout the area. Its range allows you to check bushes or tight spaces without exposing yourself.
When you do need to place a ward, try to do it from the farthest distance possible. Position yourself strategically, use your Q for vision, and if you can, coordinate with your ADC or jungler to accompany you. Remember, Yuumi doesn’t have Flash, and if you get stunned or immobilized, you will not be able to join an ally, as the game will count immobilization as a use of the ability (w).
Your survival is far more valuable than a single ward.
REMEMBER THAT YOU TOO ARE A PLAYER WHO GIVES AWAY GOLD WHEN YOU DIE!
Always think defensively. Yuumi’s strength lies in staying alive and providing constant healing, slows, and buffs—not in taking risks alone or be aggressive (less so at the start of the game).
If you notice that your ADC is going to die no matter what you do—don’t hesitate! Detach immediately and retreat toward your tower. Your life is worth a lot of gold, and it’s far better for YOUR team that enemiy to get one kill instead of two. Yuumi’s survival is essential to keep supporting your team later in the game, so don’t risk dying for an unwinnable fight.
Additionally, if you realize your ADC is playing poorly, making bad decisions, or simply doesn’t understand how to position correctly, pay attention to your tower’s health. If it’s already below half HP, start planning to leave the lane. It’s often wiser to rotate and support another teammate than to stay and watch the tower inevitably fall.
Even better—don’t wait for disaster to strike. If you see that your jungler can’t help you, or if the enemy bot lane tower is untouched while yours is already heavily damaged, start rotating early. Yuumi excels at adapting to the flow of the match; your goal is to always stay with the ally who can carry or benefit the most from your build and abilities.
When targeting an enemy, go for those with high healing potential and those who are fragile, like an enemy ADC or a healing support, an Atrox, etc. In the mid and late game, you'll see the burst damage you can deal.
By the way, if an enemy is low on health and you have Luden's item ready to use, wait for the right moment, and instead of using your Q, use your R. It has an immediate cast and a wider damage radius.
In short, know when to retreat and when to move on. Smart decision-making and map awareness can turn Yuumi from a passive support into a game-changing force.
In short, you’ll be criticized for playing Yuumi—whether you’re good or bad, whether you use this build or not—so just enjoy the moment, and if you can play in a premade group, even better.
