Twilight Assault Doesn't activate it's damage until the blade collides with you. this means that if thespirit blade is far away enough then you can activate Twilight Assault, Shadow Dash into someone & have your fast aa's ready. This will also Garentee that your spirit blade will collide with who ever you Shadow Dash onto.Why max E second and not W?
All w does is lower it's CD. Your e provides more damage and lowers energy its cost.
Remember to spam q as often as you can collide with. Shen's range is short and only is effective if you get in their face and make them feel the pressure.
