Use Riposte to parry his Q Dark Flight. Activate Grand Challenge if he ever tries an all-in with Massacre or just use Lunge and get away from him while waiting for the end of his ult.
Akali
Super weak early game. Play aggressive pre level 6. Get your level 6 before her. Lunge can strike Akali when she's hidden inside her bubble W - Twilight Shroud. Build an Executioner's Calling. Your best bets when it comes to parrying will be a Lightning Bolt active from Hextech Gunblade or an Ignite. ;p
Camille
You counter many parts over her kit. However depending of the skill level by the Camille this lane can turn into everything else than an easy one. Camille has strong damage and combos and can punish you very hard for bad parry choices. Things often happening in this match-up are baits. Camille's kit does surprisingly well for baiting out abilities against Fiora. Keep a good mindset in this match-up.
Cho'Gath
A rather easy match up. You can bully this lane or farm it and scale out all day if his armor stack gets too crazy at some point. Because he increases his health you will always do a great amount of damage to him since your passive scales with max health %. His ult does big damage so care in situations where you are low on health.
Darius
Darius has really strong damage in early. Most time you lose if you force trading pre level 3. Rather play the lane save from level 1 to level 3 and then decide if you want a kill attempt on him or not. At level 6 this lane gets really fun. If your reactions are good then you can parry his E - Apprehend and his ult - Noxian Guillotine and give him a hard combo with a Grand Challenge follow up. In late game you outscale Darius and can sh*t on him hard. Don't underestimate that champion and the match-up though. If you play it all wrong Darius can get out of control real quickly, snowballing the game and in worst scenarios ending it before you scale. Beware of the things that you can do in this match-up lol
Dr. Mundo
Before they overbuffed him he used to be an easy lane. Now after 6 you can't really kill him anymore which makes the match-up not only boring but extremely frustrating too. Farm creeps all day and scale hard. Stay behind creeps or dodge his Infected Cleaver. Get llfesteal quick for better sustain the lane. Also build a Mortal Reminder. The goal in this match-up is to scale hard into the game and doing a better late game than he does. While he has to tank his team you attempt to kill squishy targets in team fights and finish them off. You can also go for a harder split push game against Dr. Mundo.
Gangplank
Play aggressive especially at level 6. Avoid getting hit by his barrels. Destroy his barrels by dashing in and using Bladework. Usually when contesting barrels you're faster than him this way.
Garen
Hit Vitals when he spins around you lol. Parry his Q Decisive Strike and R Demacian Justice. Push out the lane with Tiamat. You can avoid fights in this lane or not. Your Q Lunge decides it. I rather avoid them in long terms and just aim for the cs because Garen's sustains back real quick due to his passive and the Resolve runes route he takes featuring the Grasp of the Undying keystone.
Gnar
Farm the lane out. This lane is sometimes annoying. Gnar spams his Q Boomerang Throw a lot :p. What you do in this lane is farming while trying to dodge them and that's pretty much it most of the time. Rush Tiamat to prevent getting pushed into your turret where he's then able to pressure you hard with auto-attacks and Q Boomerang Throw while you're just trying to last hit ;p
Heimerdinger
Rush Tiamat. You can farm this lane well. He usually gets ganked when he pushes into your turret. Destroy his turrets with your Q-E. Parry his E CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade and dodge his W Hextech Micro-Rockets.
Illaoi
Dodge her Q Tentacle Smash. Avoid getting catched by E Test of Spirit. Show a high right click activity in this match-up and move a lot. Getting a full boots upgrade before finishing any core item is not a bad idea ;p. Build an Executioner's Call once her sustain gets out of control.
Irelia
Irelia's cooldowns in the early game are very high and her damage output is so much lower than yours. Play the lane super aggressive from level 1 until the end. Your kit is very strong against hers if you manage your ability usage well. Worst thing that can happen in this match-up is doing your ult Grand Challenge when she's able to escape it using her Q - Bladesurge on waves. ;p
Jax
One of her hardest match-ups i think. Jax has counter parts to Fiora's kit and he just outscales her quickly and does more damage. I always ban him in my Fiora games, but that's generally also because I just can't stand that champion lol. I just don't like Jax. ;p
Jayce
Fun match-up. Jayce stays in Cannon Stance most of the time. Play save and farm as much as you can. Dodge his E+Q combo. Parry his Thundering Blow in Hammer Stance. Jayce loses close combat fights against you hard.
Kayle
Kayle tries to ult your ult lol. While she's protected under hers, you're not able to hit Vitals but you can still make use out Grand Challenge movement speed. Go for Kayle shortly before her E - Righteous Fury ends. If she has the control over the lane then farm the lane safely and scale. Rush a Tiamat here and then go for Ionian Boots of Lucidity right after if you're using my build.
Kennen
Play very save and slowly try to scale. Kennen has counter parts to Fiora's kit. Try him once you completed your core.
Kled
Play around his Q Beartrap on a Rope. Move out or just let you catch on purpose and then go for him. Parry his W - Violent Tendencies. When he dashes around with E Jousting try to catch a Vital. Once his passive Skaarl the Cowardly Lizard is gone he's easy to kill. Just be careful if you go for a kill and he's close about to get his mount back.
Malphite
Farm him out when he goes tank. Play a little bit safer and get life steal first when he goes for an AP mix-up. Parry his ult Unstoppable Force. If you want this lane really easy -> rush a Hexdrinker and get Tiamat / Mercury's Treads afterwards.
Maokai
Bully this lane out. Nearly impossible to lose the match-up. It's Fiora's easiest match-up lol
Mordekaiser
Try an aggressive early for a possible kill. Else farm the lane since all he does is pushing towards your turret. Challenge him once again at level 6. If he wins then just scale and farm your core and fight him later again at some point.
Nasus
Bully him as hard as you can. His early game is sh*t ;p. Manage the lane well or try to manipulate it. Nasus usually stacks armor very quickly having 2 Cloth Armor with him after his first recall. Consider building a Last Whisper if his armor value is getting too high at some point.
Olaf
Dodge his Q Undertow. Parry when he's at low health and about to die which is during the moment where his passive gives him more and more attack speed. Use the parry in a good moment.
Ornn
An easy lane for Fiora. You pretty much counter him since you're able to parry all his important combos. Same as against other tank initiator match-ups farm out the lane and scale hard. In this lane you should have an easy time doing so =)
Pantheon
Hardcounter match-up. Sh*ts extremely hard to deal with in lane. Ask out for help or just hook your turret and play the lane very safe. Pantheon starts to fall off in the late game while you scale into it. A little motivation kick for this awful match-up. ;D
Poppy
This match-up is fun. Destroy her passive Iron Ambassador by walking into the bucklers. Dodge the AoE damage from her Q Hammer Shock. She can W Steadfast Presence your Q to block an engage. Best chances to ult Poppy is when her W is on cooldown. Parry her E Heroic Charge when she tries to stun you into walls or parry her R Keeper's Verdict when she tries to knock you out. Poppy is all about dominance, She will try and try and try to throw you up against the wall. Be sure whenever she misses or you parry it, just spam the sh*t out of laugh. ;p
Quinn
Most of the time I like to play very aggressive against Quinn. If you do not, She bullies you out in lane. You have to fight Quinn hard. If you parry her E Vault during her startup animation then she gets stunned. If you parry after her E Vault hits you then she can most likely dodge the beam from Riposte. You can also let yourself hit by her E Vault on purpose and then slide parry immediately to her afterwards. From time to time in this match-up, Move towards Quinn and try to bait out her Q Blinding Assault this way.
Renekton
Parry his W Ruthless Predator. Beware of being baited in this match-up as it's kinda common for both players to bait the sh*t out of each other in this lane. >;3 It's a skill match-up so give your best and have fun. ;p
Riven
Skill match-up and kinda winnable for both champions anytime. You both do the same ret*rded damage output lol. Careful once you're low health at level 6 and when she reaches it before you though. When Riven manages a lead over you here she will try to finish you off quickly by doing hard all-ins. >;) Against Riven -> parry her 3rd Q - Broken Wings knock up and her W - Ki Burst to stun her. Some Riven deliberately are trying to delay their abilities to bait your parry - Riposte out. This is what you have to keep in mind from the very first second you two meet each other in lane until the end. If the Riven does that, Do the exact same thing and you'll counter it.
Rumble
If you not want to build magic resistance here play safe and avoid fighting in long term. To have an easier lane build into Hexdrinker and Mercury's Treads. You wanna fight him and give combos whenever he overheats or is close about to it.
Shen
Shen lacks wave clear and has a harder time at cs'ing compared to Fiora. His farming gets even harder if he doesn't build a Sunfire Cape or Tiamat. You can take that into advantage. Get an early Tiamat to push the wave into his turret and farm the lane hard. Under his turret he will have a harder time to cs. You can save your Teleport for his ult ( Stand United) and follow up this way or you just work on destroying turrets at top lane and push hard while he's helping out his team. Usually the strategy in this match-up is scaling hard into late game and destroy turrets whenever he leaves his lane to help out.
Singed
Deny that champion going proxy. If it gets to the point where you can't, farm what's coming to your way under your turret. Rush Tiamat here. Aim for a good cs in this match-up and just scale. In combat you get out of his Q - Poison Trail and W - Mega Adhesive easily with your Q - Lunge and you can parry his E - Fling to stun him.
Sion
Sion is easy to bully in lane. You can dodge all his abilities with your Q Lunge. You can destroy the shield from his W Soul Furnace before he can reactivate it for the detonation. You can parry his Q Decimating Smash and his ult Unstoppable Onslaught. In lane phase dodge the low health minions he shoots towards your direction with his E Roar of the Slayer. Just whenever his E Roar of the Slayer is up and he's about to last hit a low health minion look at your position and start moving to the left or the right to dodge them.
Swain
Love that match-up. Against Swain, play very aggressive. Build Executioner's Calling. In combat -> parry his E Nevermove to stun Swain. You can also dodge Nevermove by moving or Q Lunge out of it. Swain's ult Demonic Ascension takes him forever to cast. During 12 seconds he has to restore like ~125 health before he's able to detonate his ultimate. During this time you can just finish him off. Also, if he hasn't taken out 5 Soul Fragments stacks from you out of his passive Ravenous Flock, then his detonation does not even hurt you lol. What really hurts is being hit by all bolts from his Q Death's Hand though. >;3 Be careful when recalling at low health and don't watch other lanes during that moment because Swain can cast W - Vision of Empire over to your recall position. I already died to that little mistake twice in solo queue lmao >:)
Tahm Kench
Most of the time you wanna stay behind minions and try to creep block him as he tries to auto-attack you 3 times to Devour. Keep aiming for Vitals in this match-up. Dodge his Q Tongue Lash. Move around a lot and click wild after each Vital proc. This way the chances that he misses his Q Tongue Lash increases as you're affected by bonus movement speed from Duelist's Dance.
Teemo
If you play against Teemo using my build, meaning no magic resistance, then you have to know one thing -> Your damage always will be higher than his. You can build magic resistance however if you want this lane to be easier lol. Play aggressive against Teemo and keep sticking hard onto him. Parry his Q Blinding Dart. If you fail that then you'll still slow him with Riposte. You don't have to wait the Blind duration to end, keep walking towards him and keep hitting / damaging him although you're blinded lol. While blinded by his Q - Blinding Dart you can still use Tiamat + Lunge to apply damage and proc Vitals. At level 6 get Oracle Lens and Vision Ward's to clear his mushrooms Noxious Trap. Red Lens him when you hard in with Grand Challenge and place Vision Ward's if you have them. Your Lunge strikes invisible targets so if you're in known where he's hiding, just press Q around him and damage him with Lunge and Ravenous Hydra.
Trundle
Avoid fighting him around his W Frozen Domain. You can dodge his E Pillar of Ice with your Q Lunge. You can parry his ultimate Subjugate btw >;3
Tryndamere
Against Tryndamere use your W Riposte as often as you can and trade then. The attack speed debuff is pretty effective against him. When Riposte is on cool down you can Q Lunge when he tries to use his E Spinning Slash to attack you. Run Ignite against him. If this lane gets any worse and you don't run Ignite then you will not have any chance to kill Tryndamere due to his ult Undying Rage just allowing him to survive. Short but effective trades is Against Tryndamere use your W Riposte as often as you can and trade then. Short but effective trades is the key in match-up. Try to give him combos. You can kite Tryndamere fairly well with your Bladework + Riposte slow and Lunge later once you get your cool down reduction.
Urgot
When marked by Purge you take a lot damage. Passively to get into your core build where you beat him easily. Care at low health situations as his ult Fear Beyond Death just executes if he lands it. Save Riposte and parry his ult Fear Beyond Death is your best option, but you can also parry his E Disdain to stun him. About the Urgot Match-up there's one annoying thing which is the visibility of your vitals being completely sh*tty because his legs are hard covering them. D:
Vladimir
Compared to Vladimir's damage yours is just way too high. He has a hard time dealing with you in every single phase of the game. Play very aggressive and stick hard to him. At level 3 slightly start to ignore cs. The cs = Vladimir =D. Keep going hard on him whenever your abilities are up. You can force his W - Sanguine Pool all game long. After he's using that he's left defenseless. At some point later build an Executioner's Calling.
Volibear
Volibear usually stacks health to increase Frenzy's damage. This means he automatically counters himself, because your true damage does damage based on targets maximum health %. In combat parry his Q Rolling Thunder or E Majestic Roar to stun him. He does high damage when using his ult Thunder Claws. If you're low health you better avoid trading as long as his ultimate is still on-going.
Wukong
If Wukong starts Q Crushing Blow at Level 1 you can trade hard because you will win that Level 1 trade hard. Your Q Lunge and Vital procs do more damage than his Crushing Blow+ Auto Attacks. If he gets E Nimbus Strike then stay passive pre level 3. You both have strong damage at 3. Who ever engages first gets a punishment. At 6 get Oracle Lens or Vision Ward when you try to kill him. Without these, Wukong just W Decoy's away. You still get the movement from your ult and you still can strike him with your Q Lunge while he's invisible, but it doesn't remove his invisibility at all, so yeah. He might either win or escape that 1v1. If you want to kill Wukong, than make sure you have all the tools necessary to make it happen flawlessly. >:3
Yasuo
Yasuo's Wind Wall is completely useless against you lol. You can parry his Q Steel Tempest and stun him. He dashes around using his E Sweeping Blade . During this you can still hit Vitals. Try to use your ult Grand Challenge smart and not in a way where he can dash away from you until the ult expires. You have the better cards in this match-up but higher experienced Yasuo player can make this lane a bit more challenging though.
Yorick
Your kit is good against Yorick. Get Tiamat. Destroy his Mist Walkers becomes easy with it. You can Q Lunge out of his Dark Procession or auto attack out of it using Bladework. Yorick has strong split push potential so whenever you're helping out your team constantly keep having an eye to your lane.
Where the next Vital spawns can be easily predicted. It always varies between 2 positions, in which one is always firm and the other is just the opposite side lol
Example:
When a Vital is at this side ◄ and you hit that, then the next Vital spawns here ▲ or here ►
⦁ You can always identify a new Vital by moving just far away from your enemy.
⦁ Don't stay extremely close or directly on your target, else Fiora won't hit Vitals.
⦁ Vitals can be blocked by walls making it super hard or impossible for Fiora to hit them.
Tips and Tricks for Riposte
If you press [Q] followed by [W] quick then you can do a slide parry. Slide parrying is super useful and allows Fiora lots of cool stuff in the game. >;3
What's a slide parry?
Shortened: A mechanic that allows Fiora to bypass Riposte's immobility. Fiora can dash while parrying both at the same time.
Your Flash can be cancelled to a slide parry too. To do that press Q + W + F -> (all keys together) at the exact same time.
Tips
⦁ Always play Fiora very aggressive.
⦁ When a gank becomes lethal use Grand Challenge and escape absusing its movement speed.
⦁ Aim squishy targets in team fights.
⦁ Farm well and try to scale if you aren't snowballing.
⦁ When you do - or want to snowball get Mobility Boots.
⦁ Use combos. Fiora has many combos.
⦁ Do not split push like non-stop when your team doesn't pressure the game.
⦁ Get good at parrying. It's pretty much 90% of what determines Fiora's success.
