Champion Build Guide
Hey Guys, Im M1sh0 and welcome to my Aurelion Sol Mid Guide This is my fourth guide ever so it may be bad but idk. Anyways I started playing League pretty recently and I started playing champs like Soraka, Janna, Taric, Nami for support and then now getting into Mid with Syndra, LeBlanc, Lissandra and Aurelion Sol and some uncommon top laners. I'm currently Silver II put don't have much time to climb so I'm kinda just here. Thanks for stopping by and if you any questions, feel free to drop a comment!!!
Thanks.
I understand this guide requires a lot of work, I will work on this throughout the year.
Why Aurelion Sol???
Aurelion was my first real mid laner that I actually played (right after mid Soraka). I had always seen him as an interesting character (This was before his rework of Celestial Expansion) wanting to play him until I got the chance. The amount of strategy and fun with this character when I first played him was overwhelming so I decided "Hey, lets play A-Sol". Aurelion Sol is a charcter that using stun, spins and roams to Level himself up. If you like spinning, being a jungler from time to time, spinning, being able to clear great and again SPINNING, then A-Sol is the character for you.

As a Aurelion Sol you ALWAYS take Flash. As an Aurelion Sol you always want Flash, it is the most important escape and kill tool, for espacing a burst form a charcter like Ekko, Katarina and Zed, it is vital you use this at only specific times.
A great kill tool for Aurelion Sol, as killing with this charcter is very very difficult and a finisher like Ignite really helps you out.

Primary Rune:
Dominiation
Electrocute: A spark of dmg after a typical A-Sol combo of Q, W, W, and AA. Good for early and mid game solo kills which are rare of the Star Dragon.
Cheap Shot: Again, set up's with your Q are helpful and giving you more damage really helps Aurelion Sol.
Eyeball Collection: Since you will be roaming a lot with your jungler you will get a lot of kills and take down which will help you boost your AP.
Ravenous Hunter: Q, and W combos will really help, heal you up and set you up for more kills. (Better in the late game)
Secondary Rune:
Sorcery:
Manaflow Band: Helps with the amount of mana used for clearing early game and with the amount you use your W which takes up to 130 mana per usage.
Waterwalking: Helps with movement speed in rivers which boosts your roam potential even more and provide ganks to other lanes and is better is you team up with your jungler to do a double gank. (Recommended).
Starting Items (V1):
Doran's Ring: Probably the best starting item for Aurelion Sol, with a boost in AP, HP and CDR, which will help Aurelion Sol early game.
2 Healing Potions: Cause who doesn't need health
First Back: Lvl 3 - 4:

*IN PROGRESS*
Mid Lane, the home of many champions in League of Legends. Aurelion Sol is a character which mainly utilizes his W/ Celestial Expansion for minion clearing. In the mid there are 4 spots in where you can hit 5-6 minions and can get a full clear at Lvl. 5. These places are where the stones at the edges of each river entering. If you are aggressive as I am, then you will be able to push back your opponent and take control of those special spots. Compared to my other guides which take you through the 3 stages of the game Aurelion Sol only has 1 or 2. 1. Is the ability to get full minion clears with the possibly the poke out your opposing laner with a Q and then W and an AA. This should trigger Electrocute and at mid/ early game gets the enemy to about half health. The 2nd thing you can do is Roam which I’ll talk about in the next chapter.
9.17 Updates and Playing the Mid A-Sol
But with clearing minions and now the rework of Celestial Expansion, it is now easier and faster to clear minion waves. With clearing you can move quicker with the 10 or 20% buff after the usage of this ability. But this comes with a lot of disadvantages. Now the possibility of Aurelion Sol Jungle is deleted. Since your W cool down is 4 seconds thats the amount of time your open for a attack, now the only thing to save you is your Q and your ultimate if you have it. Also now with Teamfights, Aurelion Sol will be able to engage with the E and Q combo which lets you increase the size of your Q to the size of mid lane. After a 2 - 3 second stun, you can let your enemies go in and now are able to use your W to hit multiple Electrocutes and then you’re ultimate to push them back and to get excess damage. But with the reworked W now you will be able to do a bit less damage as you now cannot infinite that ability.
The usage of your E has a vast cool down but can lead to some great opportunities so make sure to look at your minimap consistently.
