lets start with why 3 blades of the ruined king? why not a warmogs to for tankiness? well Blades of the ruined king give the greatest amount of life steal, and also give an impressive amount of attack speed aswell and a little damage on the side making it the abvious choice on any adc. so why not three? beserkers greaves just add to this bonus getting armor boots would be a waste of time without any follow up armor. Blood thirster gives highest damage output due to its passive ability so it's always a good choice. spirit visage, when you're playing you will literaly beable to kill anyone with this build quickly the only hick up is ap casters who blast you down and the spirit visage gives the largest ap resist that's just ot go along with the obvious passive that amplifies heals and steals, kindle gram is also a nice cheap starter item.
