Personally I don't struggle at all. Bait out her Shield, keep a distance to her, so she can't hookshot onto you.
Unless if her shield tanks all your damage, you SHOULD be able to kill her before trinity.

tip: if your Q3 is up and she hookshots, wait and hold it until she comes at you.

Gwen

If you don't kill her early, she WILL destroy you unless you can dodge all her Q's after 2 - 3 items

Darius

Go dorans shield and 2nd wind. You should be fine

Teemo

2nd wind and doran shield and you'll be fine. I like to put my lvl 3 point into Q again, to outpoke him earlier. After lvl 4 you win if you can land your stuff.

The only problem with teemo is his blind in team fights. It will ruin sundered sky and passive for you, but with mercs + sterak, you should be fine

Quinn

Go damage, and perhaps even stridebreaker and you should easily win

Vayne

go edge of night, so she can't E you. Stride and eclipse also works really well against her.
The best way to deal with a champ that you CANT build defensive against, is to kill them before they can kill you

Gnar

Such a free matchup when he's in mini form. You can cancel his jump with Q, but if you're already able to easily do this, you wont need any guiding against him.

Malphite

Personally I HATE this matchup. You wont ever kill him in lane, your W wont pull cause of his Q.
In most cases, you wont be able to snowball, which means unless you roam a ton and get ahead, in teamfights his R will do way more than your whole champ

Really annoying sustain, but punish him each time he farms
Eclipse is a must go

Riven

Keep your distance. Lvl 1 - 3 she wins.
Lvl 4 you can actually do something. This is very much a skillmatchup

Yorick

Annoying, but not hard matchup. Keep your E up until he tries to replicate the great wall of china, to dash out of it. Post lvl 6, save your ultimate until he summons his maiden and ghouls. You want to fear them to get max value out of it.
