u first buy dorans for life and dmg, then u Avariace blad, it gives u crit chance and extra money per time dont upgrade it to youmos ghost blade until end, after about 30 mins the blade ill have earned so much money that u have bought it just for free, boots ofc for speed, vampiric scepter for lifesteal then, then upgrade ur boots for attack speed, the brutalizer is the second part of youmos, give great armor penetration, und bonus dmg, Frozen Malet for extra life and some dmg, but essential is the slow on the enemy, which u will love. the n upgrade vampiric scepter to Bloodthirster, Lifesteall will be amazing together with dorans blade and masterys(u can sell dorans blade at any time u think u dont need it anymore or u need the place) then get phantom dancers for crit chance and bonus attack speed, u also gain some running speed. The u can finally upgrade brutalizer and avarice blade to youmos, dont forget to use its active ability which is just amzing. at least u get your core item, the infinity edge( if you are enormous fed, then u can buy it earlier of course...) it will raise ur crit dmg, gives 30% crit chance, then u will be unstoppable...

Flash and Ignte a very often seen combo on AD Caryys, flash for ofensive or escape, u also can take ghost if u like it more,
Ignite, of course to get the kill save or reduce enemys healing, u can also take exhaust if u like it better.
