this is my first guide on mobafire, i like to main ezreal in normal games and ranked when the team needs it. over about 50 matches that i have played with him I normally manage to pull off a positive score even with my team feeding.
there is a reason for all of my items and skill sequences runes and masteries, if you don't understand anything leave a comment and i will do my best to explain it.

for items, i grab a dorans blade just for that sustainability in lane along with my armor and health runes. With that i shouldn't need to go back until i have the gold to pick up my boots of speed and sheen this should be around level 5-6 if you have been farming your lane well, when you return to lane you should be dominating in harrassment, whenever they go to land a shot, you just need to mystic shot and auto attack once and you should comeout ahead. do not return until you can afford boots and idealy a vamp scepter and a longsword towards your wriggles lantern. yes, thats right, wriggles lantern. After you get it, ward your lane and start farming hard if you don't have a jungler shift into wraiths or golem and pick them up to, it will give you a big advantage over the other laner. next you build your trinity force, build a blood thirster you should have no trouble getting up stacks because of your wriggles. you are probably still quite squishy so start building either your banshees or mallet depending on what you need most then the other once you have your survivability items sell your wriggles and build an infinity edge you should be critting about 1k with trinity proc.

Seeing as farming is the main aspect of this build, i am devoting an entire chapter to it. at the beginning of the game last hit with your Q and auto attacks if you are getting pressured and harassed hard and are having difficulty just sit back at your tower and take reachable last hits it should be easy to take minions at the tower with your mystic shot. after you return and get sheen you should try and use your mystic shot more for harassing your other laner but do not forget to keep farming, there is no point in harassing if you cant kill them or deny them experience if you think harassing them won't get you very far don't do it.
once you get wriggles lantern also pick up a ward, now you can ward both brushes in your mid lane and start pushing. the amount of minion kills you were getting should jump dramatically and you will quickly overtake your lane opponent if you hadn't already. Continue to ward with your wriggles harass and farm.

I do this a lot as Ezreal, trueshot barage is the funnest move in the game in my opinion.

If you think a side lane could take out their opponent laners with just a little help, fire and ult down their and at the least it will scare them off, you might even get a couple assists or even a kill if your lucky.

The most satisfying thing ever while playing ezreal is watching that one champ baiting near his tower on low hp to get a cheap fortify kill or something and sniping him off from the other side of the map. You do this once you will be laughing all game.
