Hey guys this is my AD nidalee guide, 99% of the nidalees iv seen in my games go AP.
So you'd ask isn't AP better then?
AD nidalee has its advantages and disadvantages,i find AD nid best in solo, duoQ, AD Nidalee is used for crushing your opponent in lane not allowing him to farm.

So why do i take this runes?
Lets start from the Quints.
I take attack damage quints for early game dominance, this will allow you to rape your enemy in lane.
I take Mr glyphs, nidalee is vunlnereable from ap casters, but this runes will allow you to just auto attack them to death.
Armor pen marks, nidalee has trouble against bruisers, if you're having this trouble may consider last whisper.
And armor seals, this will help you if you play solo top.

I go 21/9/0 masteries, since the recent changes in the mastery tree, 21/x/x is used for both AP or AD nidalee, since the attack tree as been buffed, also you take mr and armor in defence.

You take E first for lane control, and you max it first, the spears are useless at this point, but, in the first 5 levels you can take 2 points on Q and 2 points on E, at level 5 i take W for the pounce, after this you just max E first then W then Q, and you take R whenever you can.

I take either Flash Ignite, or Flash Exhaust.
I take Flash Ignite when i am playing mid vs and ap caster, and i take Flash Exhaust when im playing solo top.

Pros:
High early game lane dominance which transitions into mid game.
Extremely high Q damage in cougar form.
Extreme survivabillity.

Cons:
Weak heal and poke.

In this first 5 lvls you will just stand there and last hit minions, if your support can cv their jungler, you can easily push the lane to your enemys tower making him lose minions.
After you get your cougar form, you should farm as ap nidalee, w>e>q, after you get your level 6
You will be really scary in lane, if you're playing mid, vs ap caster then you can just autoattack him, when he is low enough, and thinks that he has the advantage you can just go in cougar form and w>e>q for a massive damage output.

This Nidalee build allows you to easily tank towers and take them down, you should take blue if your ap caster doesnt need it/ has one already, but remember you're not playing AP nidalee so leave the blues for whoever needs them most, you can just E yourself for the attack speed damage.
Your Early game dominance allows you to just stand there while someones hitting you at their tower, and tank him for 4-5 hits on the tower easily then you can just pounce back, but REMEMBER: only do this when you have map coverage, or when you know where your enemy is.
When trying to run away from one/multiple enemies remember: take brush advantage.
