This build is good, because it is safe at start, enough life, and enough mana regen (and life regen with ahri passive)
I dont say this build is for top elo, certainly not, I think it is better to dont take dorab item at top elo.

I actualy put a doran ring for start item, but it realy depand on who you are gona lane vs.
For exemple, versus a brand, take boots first! Or you will fail for sure (unable to dogde his attacks).

If you think you are enough good to take boots (less life), then take it, it is a great choice to, but, I think you will need really fast the blue, so dont use your abilities for farm before to have a blue (you will have ref potions for life regen, no need to use passive so)

I up first my Q, then my taunt (E). Why not the Z? I think E is better, for exemple if you are gank, you just will taunt the jungler (or the one who is able to stun you first) then run under tower). One more thing, if your enemy laner push to much and you are realy, he will want to dive, just taunt, and ignite, and it should be the kill, or if not lucky, you'll just survive ^^

If you think you could help your bot or top to have a kill, push you lane, then run run run, ulty taunt Q ignite kill :)

Ahri ulty is really good for gank, if you think you will not need it to kill the enemy when you gank, use it to run faster on the lane.
