Welcome to my Ahri build, in my opinion she is an excellent champion on most teams. With her true damage Q, great ultimate for roaming and damage. and an amazing taunt. Her skills make her an overpowered champion if played correctly.

As Ahri, hitting her charm is essential for kills. In lane, harrass once by hitting a charm, and using her Q and W. This combo does TONS of damage because of the true damage on the Q. After harrassing once, and being level 6 or higher, charm again, Q and W, ult once, ignite, ult twice, and ult a third time and auto attack or let ignire finish off the kill. If the target is at tower, you may have to ult sideways or diagonally to not take lots of tower bullets. IF YOU TOWER DIVE, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ULT AND ULT THROUGH THE TOWER AND FOLLOW THROUGH ALL THE WAY, ONLY TOWER DIVE IF YOU KNOW THE ENEMY JUNGLER IS NOWHERE NEAR.

You take the same masteries on Ahri that you do on most AP mids. You can also take 9 points in utility if you prefer that build. Masteries are decently straight forward taking the MR in defense and the bonus to health for some durability as the regen isn't a problem with her passive and hextech revolver.

Leveling up the Q first gives her the most damage, leveling up the W or E second is your choice. You can level up skills as you please as long as the Q is maxed first.

Ahri is a great AP champion that does tons of damage. She can dominate most champs in the lane, and fits on lots of team comps, my favorite champion in the league, thanks for using my build.
