Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Akali - The Fist of Shadow: an extremely well rounded assassin. Akali is capable to quickly KS, and even prevent it. Akali can quickly move in and out of fights, making opponents succumb to death in moments & at the same time, allowing Akali to take minimal damage. After all, she is a flippin' ninja.
Start the game off by buying a Amplifying Tome and a potion. The Amplifying Tome will activate Akali's passive at the start of the match & the potion will help you last longer out there, obviously.
The first item you want to focus on buying is your boots. For Akali, there are several pairs of shoes that work well with her. Boots of swiftness are nice, creating a pretty speedy ninja. Another nice set of boots are the Mercury's Treads. I however, recommend buying the Berserker's Greaves for Akali; building upon more attack speed.
You will next want to make your way to the Hextech Gunblade by purchasing Amplifying Tome first, then upgrading to the Hextech Revolver. The Hextech Gunblade will activate the second part of Akali's passive.
After obtaining your Gunblade, start making your way to the Rylai's Crystal Sceptor. The Rylai's Sceptor will increase your ability damage even more so, as well as giving Akali a nice HP boost.
Focus on completing the Crystal Sceptor, and then head in the direction of Guinsoo's Rageblade. This item will build upon both sides of Akali's passive. The passive effect of the Rageblade is quite nice as well, increasing Akali's attack speed even more so.
When you complete the Rylai's Sceptor and the Guinsoo's Rageblade, it should be torwards the end of the match. Hopefully by now, you have quite a few nice kills on Akali & you are also pushing the opponents turrets.
MID - END GAME
The last two items are merely here to make Akali's damage spike. Start making a Trinity Force, focusing first on Sheen or Phage. Then, top off the rest of her build with either another Rylai's Sceptor, or possibly a Gaurdian Angel.
Akali's Final Build:
-Rylai's Crystal Sceptor
-Rylai's Crystal Sceptor / Gaurdian Angel
Not too many champs go with teleport... Teemo works well with it, conisidering that he can use it to his own shrooms. Other than that, teleport isnt that common.
I have not seen anyone use this with Akali, other than myself. Akali can use teleport during her Twilight Shroud. If i need to spell this out for you, then...
Akali will be stealthed for 8 seconds, teleport lasts 4. This is an amazing getaway. If you get the hang of this, which can be difficult, you can do so much more with Akali, using her to the most use she can be. Ive been able to backdoor, I've even engaged in 5v1, killed 1 and twilight shroud + teleport to base. I left the other 4 champions dumbfounded.
I havent found another build which uses teleport, so hopefully this will help you incredibly.
