Sawp guys!, Welcome to my Annie "Build". First of all use this build only in Pubs [Unless your bold enough to play a Ranked Game with it]; and should be used ONLY by People who like to have some fun in LoL or by Cool guys like me of course :]
With that said, This build HP/AP Based. i Chose Hp because your going to be jungling And AP because obviously, shes a Mage.
- Enough HP to last in the jungle
- Has a stun
- Mana starves at low levels
- Usually targeted in Team fights
- Has difficulty up against common junglers. Warwick,Udyr etc.
Exhaust - Ill Put up a Map on the jungle route later
You'll need this right after your passive hits 5 Stacks and you stun your enemy.
Here's a combo example of how to use method, you'll pretty much go all out.
By then they'll be down to 3 Bars, less,or Dead depending on the level.
Yes, you'll be jungling [If there's other junglers in the game make sure you or any other of your team Puts up wards near the Buffs]. It will make some n00bs Mad but dont mind them.
Any way your Going to start at the Wolves. Spam disintegrate on the big one and Auto-attack the last two. Move on to the Ghost thingy ma-jigs and Smite the blue one and disintegrate the rest of them just a little then finish off with auto. DO NOT go to the golems, you might not have enough HP since you wont be using pots, in order to get them you must need Smite and atleast Half your HP Bar. After that go back and update some items, then go look for the wolves and if they are not there then go to the Ghost and do the same thing as i explained up there somewhere ^^
If no monsters are in your side then go ahead and go to The other side of the map and jungle, just be Aware of MIA's. By the level your up there you might not need to use smite as often but You will in order to get the Buffs. When you feel its time to go in a Lane go ahead, But DON'T try to gank Full HP Champs...please?
Pyromania - After casting 5 spells, Annie's next spell will stun the target for 1.75 seconds.

Incinerate - Annie casts a cone of fire dealing 85 / 145 / 205 / 265 / 325 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to all enemy targets in the area.
Cooldown 8 seconds | Cost 80/10/120/140/160 mana | Range 625
Molten Shield - Places a shield around Annie for 15 seconds, increasing her armor and magic resistance by 10/20/30/40/50. Deals 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% of ability power) magic damage to enemies who attack Annie with melee attacks.
Cooldown 30 seconds | Cost 25 mana
Summon: Tibbers - Deals 200/325/450 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to units in the target area and summons Annie's bear, Tibbers, to destroy her enemies.

Cooldown 120 seconds | Cost 150/200/250 mana | Range 600
Start off with a Ruby Crystal just for the HP since your going to be jungling and you're going to build up to a Rod of Ages which gives you a good amount of HP,Mana, and AP to help you drop jungle monsters and some small squishy Champs. Oh **** i think its Karma :P - Anywho, right after you get your Rubys, get your boots and then farm enough till you get your Catalyst. By the time you have your Upgraded boots [Choose from Sorcerers,Ninja Tabi, or Mercury Treads according to the Opposing team Types] And your RoA you'll Probably be at the level to Lane mid or wherever you decide. Most of the items are AP with HP so you wont be able to get dropped as most squishy annies do.
[If you have any items that i should consider putting or taking out of the build just leave a comment]
