Annie: The Great One

I picked up League of Legends about a year ago now and have played Annie as my SoloMid the whole time. Originally, I was drawn in by her deceiving looks and hilarious attitude, but quickly learned that her skills far outnumber those of almost any other burst champion out there. While I play her as a straight damage/AP caster, she is able to be useful to any team at any time, and can be built to counter any situation you may be in. In a perfect world, I'd be rushing Deathcap every game, allowing her to burst an enemy half to death before they can touch me, every game. However, adding Rylai's to the mix, you can become the tanky-est person on your team quickly, shooting in for a burst and attracting attention and then flashing out to let your team clean up. Overall, this girl ROCKS! She's not hard to play at all, but her skill can be overlooked in high-level play, which can be a deadly mistake. In this guide, I'll go through exactly how I choose to play Annie, and how you can quickly pick her up and learn to destruct a team by summoning TIBBERS!

Runes

Because I prefer to play her as a HARD AP burst caster, I max my runes for MPEN and AP. Starting with an automatic MPEN advantage will allow you to counter-run many AP-Mid champs.
