Hello together,
the reason to play VI with aftershok is to make your team sucess. It works perfect with her Q and makes your healthy save for ganks. So you can easy roam between all Lanes. Shild bash and ignite makes you dangerous enough for 1v1 so enemy jungler cant invade you that easily.
Some attack speed carry us to be fast enough in our jungle pathing or to make enemys weak by killing them with our W.
We choose The allround heal item because the 80 ap that this items gives us stacks perfect with our E DMG that is physical.
At least we go for cheap defensive stuff to stay longer in teamfights. At least you can deal enough dmg and make your team win. Thats the reason why playing VI like this not that your able to kill everybody solo but iam sure its possible ;).
