yeah you can jungle pretty easy with the madreds razor and then you wont have to deal with annoying ranged harassers. i find it best to choose situational. the crit runes help because of the phantom dancers if you deceive into a group of half dead enemy champs pop your ult you dont really have enough time to deceive again so with the crit runes you can get that little extra burst damage. the key to this though is patience

Isn't decieve not considered a true crit, so that the crit damage runes don't do much for shaco? I mean they'll still be useful for the late game if you manage to build up that almost 90% crit chance, but you could benefit the whole game from armor pen marks instead. Just a thought I've been unable to find recent equations for how damage is calculated with armor pen and whatnot so I haven't been able to definitively prove which is better. Otherwise not a bad build you could probably just jungle from the start if you wish.
