I have played AP ASHE alot, carried many teams, and most of all 1 shotted them. Dont even think about saying "ap ashe is so useless". Shes not, how many noobs ashes die before the fight even starts? Or, how many just get focused in a teamfight without even landing an arrow. Stop being so useless and go AP ASHE.

You want to get MAXIMUM ability power, whether in the build or in runes. Once you hit level 6, you will probably be carrying the team. All runes, glyph, quint, and seal, make it pure Ability power.

The Cost of all these Runes are about 9k. You dont have to follow this, I use this, gives great advantage in early game. Pop there faces once you turn level 6.
