Hey Guys, This is my First Guide on mobafire for AP Evelynn. I've played quite a few games as eve and have found this build to be the most effective AP build that I have tried. So I hope you guys enjoy this build.

The Summoner Spells on eve can vary but I like to get Exhaust for teamfights. Exhaust is a very good Summoner spell that I get on Most Damage CHampions one, For teamfights to shut down the AD Carry, and two. For the Straglers that get away with 20 hp, and think their safe, Until you Exhaust em. Flash is almost a given although I've seen Lots of Very good Eve Players get Ghost so that they can easily catch up to enemies who are trying to escape. When it comes to Summoner Spells its a lot of Personal Preference.

All of the Items that I chose Give Evelynn the Perfect balance of TONS of Damage and Very high Survivability. With the Rylai's, Zhonya's and Abyssal Scepter You get loads of MR, Armor, and HP. Also with Lots of AP to max your Damage output with Eve!

I go through the Offense tree Taking everything that will Increase my AP and Damage (Cooldown Reduction and Damage Increase) All of these Masteries Help increase your damage to shutdown your enemies just that much more. I also take 9 Masteries in the Utility tree to Increse your Mobility.

I take the Greater Mark of Insight to Maximize how much damage you E and Q do. This helps so much in Early game because that is the worst time for AP Eve. I also Take the Greater Seal of Resilience so That It can counter Eve's squishyness in EArly and Mid game. The AP Quints and AP Glyphs Help A ton to Maximize your Damage throughout The game.
