To be Able to play like a good Evelynn, you should follow theses :)

Hello this is "Y0u G0t Pwned" and this is a PROOO Eve Guide/Build
This is how this Guide will go on:
First : I'm going to talk about "Summoner Spells"
Second : I'm going to talk about "Masteries"
Third : I'm going to talk about "Runes"
Fourth : I'm going to talk about "Items"

TELEPORT :
Okey i know you are like "WHAT DA FUUCK... IGNITE AND TELEPORT?"
Yea ill explain that :)
Why?
Answer : Because Evelynn is a gank champion in realy game so when your friend has any trouble or want you to go there and kill, you just teleport to a minion OR tower (BUT MAKE SURE THEY DON'T SEE YOU TELEPORTING)
YOU CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW MANY KILLS I'VE GOT WITH TELEPORT.

TIP FOR YOU:
Go "Stealth"(W) and then teleport so you'll be Stealth when you go to your destination.

IGNITE :
Ignite is a very good idea. Again , you say to yourself "Why?"
Answer : Evelynn is an Mid/Late game champ, shes not a early champ. (She is, but you need help to kill someone at level 1-6)
At level 1, say to your lane mate to make your enemy a little bit low and at level 3 , YOU are going for a kill.
Here how you kill your first one : Go "Stealth" (W), Stun with your "Ravage"(E) Spam your "Spikes"(Q) and finish him off with your Ignite

It's easy... to pwn with Evelynn , you need to get my "Masteries"

Its 9-0-21
You have to put 9 on "Offence" for the "Magic Penetration"
You need to put 21 on "Utility" for cooldown reductions and etc.

TIP FOR YOUUU

ALWAYS put your points on "Teleport" and "Speed" (Quickness)

Why? Because with One Point on "Teleport" you'll be able to teleport faster (takes less time to get to your destination) and you need that to gank/help your friend as fast as possible.

Okey like I always say, you need to follow my steps to be pro Evelynn or at least being able to play with her.

You need 9 "Greater Mark of Insight" (Magic Pen)
You need 9 "Greater Seal of Force" (AP/LEVEL)
You need 9 "Greater Glyph of Force" (AP/LEVEL)
You need 3 "Quintessence of Insight" (Magic Pen)

Okey this is the order to buy your items

FIRST ITEMS - "Amplifying Tome" AND 1 HP Potion

First Recall - Complete "Sheen" with the Amplifying Tome and if you have money, buy an other "Amplifying Tome"

Second Recall - Complete Mejai's with the Amplifying Tome and if you have money, buy a "Boot"

Third Recall - Complete boots with Sorcerer Boots and if you have money, buy a Amplifying Tome

Fourth Recall - After you got your Sheen, Mejai's and Boots, get Deathfire Gasp (AP section)
TIP FOR DEATHFIRE = Place Deathfire Gasp in First ITEM SLOT and when you stun someone , and when you do your Ravage, Press #1 and click it on the enemy(Activating Deathfire's Active)

Fifth Recall - After you got all Deathfire, get Rabadon's Deathcap

Sixth - After you completed Rabadon's, buy an Archangle OR Rylai's
