Introduction
I tried many Builds to gain experience.
And so I think this is the best Build for Sion.
Try it and give me a comment what you think about the Guide.
Clarity
Sion is ridiculously mana-intensive, and has a ridiculously low mana pool. Clarity can provide Sion with all of the lane staying power he needs to remain dominant at all times in his lane, regardless of his opponents.
Flash
Flash is ganking bread and butter. This summoner ability can cause unwary champions to misjudge the distance they need to stay clear of your Cryptic Gaze, and ultimate death.

I use the same general early-game caster runes for just about everything. If you arent familiar with the basic rune-builds, this is a one designed to be very strong in pre-buying early game phases, but will taper off as everyone levels and purchases new items.
9x Greater Mark of Insight
9x Greater Seal of Clarity
9x Greater Glyph of Potency
3x Greater Quintessence of Potency
A brief rundown though;
Greater Mark of Insight
8.5 total Magic Penetration. Enough to provide a moderate damage boost, especially at lower levels pre-magic resist items.
Greater Seal of Clarity
The reason I take flat or per-level, is because of how important I find them to be between levels 1-6. After that if mana is still an issue, farming enough money for a secondary Meki Pendant is very quick.
Greater Glyph of Potency and Greater Quintessence of Potency
I take flat AP, simply because of how effective it is early-game. The +24 AP at low level can very easily facilitate a first blood kill and begin the momentum towards a victory.

Pretty straight forward. You build yourDeath's Caress andCryptic Gaze evenly. You want both to do the best damage possible for the game-time. For this very reason I dont take a point inEnrage. It simply slows your ability to gank, and farm down.
I know the counterpoint is that it allows you to begin health-farming early, but the simple truth is that you probably wont farm more than 200 creeps a game. At 1 health per-creep, you're looking at maybe +50-100 health by starting early. Hardly worth it compared to 300g from landing a kill.
Its also worth noting that at each leveling juncture, you should be putting your point intoDeath's Caress first. Basically the ability to mitigate damage and farm creep waves, make it more valuable to you than extra damage on the stun.

I always begin the game withDoran's Ring. Upon looking at his horrific mana pool and ability cost, you might be thinking "Why not a Meki Pendant instead?". The reason is very simple. Doran's Ring provides every stat that a gank-reliant champion like Bukkake Sion could ever want. Health for tower diving after you blow your shield, enough mana per 5 to sustain you in a lane, and +10 AP, bringing you up to 35 AP at level 1.
Situational:
But when the Enemy Team has to many CC so takeMercury's Treads
-Abyssal Scepter -> When you need more Magic Resist
-Guardian Angel -> Very Good Item to protect your Meja Stacks and for Engage the Fights.
-Void Staff -> Against massive Magic Resist Team
-Zhonya's Hourglass -> To Avoid the mostly Damage
Situational:
1.
Normally you pickSorcerer's ShoesBut when the Enemy Team has to many CC so takeMercury's Treads
2.
The Last Item is always situation-dependent, but mostly I pickArchangel's StaffOther Good Items:
