Hello guys. This is my first guide and it's about my way of playing AP Sion.

Greater Mark of Insight
Resistance penetration :)
Greater Seal of Clarity
I prefer per level mana regen runes instead of flat for one simple reason: You don't need the 3.7 mana regen at level one and you get lots of more regen when you really need it.
Greater Glyph of Potency
Flat AP for the amazing 1.0 AP ratio on your Q and W.
Greater Quintessence of Potency
More flat AP :)

I use these masteries because of the shortened cooldowns on your flash and ignite and of course increased movement speed.

I have been testing out different item orders and i find this to be the most effective one. You get loads of AP early which gets you dominant into mid game. Love those AP ratios!

IF you like snowballing, feel free to getafter needlessly large rod. I personally just rush Rabadons and it is really great way to get those early kills.
This is the optional item depending on the enemy team, high magic damage = always get it and if they are balanced between AD and AP i recommend gettingfor the armor, mana and of course the amazing CDR.

Many of you may ask why I get my ulti as the last skill possible.

The reason is simple: You get more damage earlier and you farm more HP in mid - late game with more ranks on Enrage.

I personally haven't had any problems by not getting my ulti. It is AD ulti after all.

I earlier used Ghost + Ignite but changed to using Flash + Ignite to guarantee better ganks, escapes and flash + stun on low hp can really get you that kill.

Both sets are viable but i prefer the Flash + Ignite.
