This is my build for Taric. It will not work for the way everyone plays, but it works for me. Also the items are not set in stone I have no definite end all item build that is just silly. I adjust items here and there depending on who I am facing. Vs. Magic dmg, Vs, Physical dmg etc. Also he does do most of his damage with Dazzle since that is the focus. Through luck and well timed KS you can get lots of kills otherwise this is mainly for helping lockdown a target for someone else in your team to drop them. Also this allows you to heal your team very well. This build is very dependent on who you are playing against and also with!

These runes are just how I dream of setting it up. It is not fully tested yet. Play with them as you will.

I suggesting teaming with someone who does lots of burst DPS and also can possibly slow or stun the enemy as well. I lead off with a dazzle get up on the target and shatter. Work with your teammate to time his hits in there while they are stunned and what not. Heal as needed and use your ult if you are tanking towers or enemy champs. Remember you gain mana as you attack and also the cooldown of your heal is reduced each melee attack.
