I'm not stacking magic penetration, just using the minimun i think its needed. Lvling sanguine pool at early game its usseles if you know what you are doing, better maximize transfusion to heal and harass better as soon as you can. Spirir Visage is not a waste of money, at early game its perfect and on late game if you find it usseles just sell it and get more ap or a warmog. Didnt really focused on magic resist, if you know how to play vlad magic resist is usseles because you wont be targeted. If you get ganked magic resist is usseles, you can save yourself using ghost and sanguine pool. The runes are pretty obvius, they allow you to be a good harasser all the game. About the other guide, i tested and didnt liked it. AP per lvl is just usseles beacause only on lvl 18 you get a good burst. Runes of magic penetration are usseles on my build and i think on Vlad as well. The purpose of the Focus is pretty obvius convined with masteries i think.

Well that all i have to say =P i tested the other build and didnt like it, not bad i think but im sure when i say that mine is better =).

OK, a few things. 1: Stacking magic pen isnt necessary if you use your runes more effectively, and if you REALLY need that much just go with a voidstaff. 2. Not leveling up pool till 5 is just asking to be ganked. Get it at level 2 then start working on maxing out Transfusion. lastly, Spirit Visage is a waste of money. I get the magic resist and cooldowns help, but again, if your runed correctly your wont have to focus on it that much. Check out this guy's build, its very effective and can get things done that your build just doesnt.
