This is my first guide and haven't seen many builds similar to my own.
It usually works out pretty well for me, so I hope it helps.

I always start with Boots and 3 Health Potion. Helps with getting away if your being out laned from the getgo or finishing off someone for the first kill.

First trip back get Berserker's Greaves and a Dagger if you can. More pots have priority over dagger if you've had to use 2 or 3.

next trip finish Malady and just hold on to the change for Recurve Bow for the Wit's End.

At this point if they are stacking armor, start saving for the Black Cleaver. If they are stacking health go Madred's Bloodrazor. Sometimes i start on the Hextech Gunblade to get some lifesteal so I don't have to B as much. Once I have 6 Items, I sell one of the on-hit Items for a Bloodhtirser or a Last Whisper to get some more AD. (wit's end usually gets sold)

I end most games around 260 AD 160 AP ( occasionally get the Nashor's Tooth if the team is AD heavy)

Just thought I'd note, that along with planting shrooms for anti-ganking and last hitting the runners, Lay a couple in the lane separated a bit (about length of one of the bushes on top/bot) to get rid of the minion waves while you B.

Will probably be adding more but that's my build and how I play. End most games with less than 5 deaths and kills vary (5-20) with a ton of assists. Hope it helps and appreciate any feedback
