My guide builds on "Blue's Extensive Te Emo guide"... focusing primarily on Attack Speed... With my build you will reach max attack speed of 2.5% which i was sad to find out about.

My Runes aren't very neccessary...
these are just the runes i use for every champion...
use whatever runes you have at your disposal...

My masteries are pretty much the same as Blue's...

All my items are my own creation. First you get vampiric septar, for future health you will need. You will get focused 50% of the time. Next you buy the upgrade of that, emblem of valour. Most of you will wonder why not get Stark's Fervor, well that item is a gip. You get half the lifesteal, half the attack speed to distribute amongst your allies. so that is actually a step down item. Get berserkers Greaves for the attack speed. by now you should have about 1.0 AS. Then get the Recurve Bow, which will give about 1.5 attack speed. upgrade that and you'll be about 1.8 attack speed. Now to get your AD up. Buy the BF Sword first and then upgrade it to The Black Cleaver. 90% of the time you'll be doing about 365 Crit damage. Now to go for the last part of your AS. buy the zeal. and next time you go back, upgrade that to the Phantom Dancer. By now, you should have about 2.3 AS, and 151 AD... by now, you should be killing people left and right. Buy the recurve bow if need be... if you want more damage output, buy the recurve and get rid of the emblem and buy the Bloodthirster for max lifesteal and ultimate pownage...

Same as Blue's but some minor differences...

My choice of neccessity is
E>Q>W and R when available.
make sure by rank three you have one level in each...

Ghost and Exhaust...

you wont need ghost much, or exhaust... but i think its better than most others...
ghost to get away...
and exhaust to slow others...
your movement speed should be in the 400s...
so most times, you can just use e to get away...

possible other spells include

ignite

spells that you shouldnt take...

cleanse and flash...
cleanse usually helps only once...
and usual times, they can use the slow or stun multiple times...

flash doesnt get you very far if going against someone who is just as fast if not faster...

Do NOT go with ryze or any other weak characters.

you should lane with
-Amumu
-Poppy
-Tanks
-Possibly Healers... Karma might be good to lane with...
-Assassins are sort of a bad combo to lane with... cause they feed sometimes... unless you are with an AS assassin like Twisted Fate... Xin is also a good person to lane with, providing he doesnt feed...

Te Emo is a very easy person to feed with, if need be, turret hug...
you can go up against some tough guys...
but there are some you should stay away from...

-Blitzcrank
-Rammus
-Possibly Warwick if you are alone...
-Ashe can be the death of you if she has high AD or AS
-Most tanks are impossible to fight with te emo...

A Lot of times, youll be yelled at for your poison KS...

put your mushrooms everywhere...
in bushes near the walls...
they do have time limits tho...
set ones do not upgrade when you do...
