I agree, and also, they have changed last whisper so this build gives no attack speed until the phantom dancer. I don't like fakenickers.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that video isn't HotshotGG playing. The username is clearly xHotshotGGx. If that isn't enough evidence, note that he has three levels in Hawk Shot at level 11, which no professional player would do.
