Who is this Guy??? and Why is he telling me how to play Skarner?

I Ask myself the same thing every time i see a guide, and honestly, i'm no-one important. I'll be straight with you, i'm Bronze V, and a 50% win rate in ranked play, Heck, i play shen support more than i play anything.

After a whole lot of testing and a challenge that i gave myself after hearing a friend say "Skarner doesn't do a whole lot of damage, so he's rarely played at all." I took it upon myself to make the best possible build for VERY High damage output, without completely changing his play-style, and here i am telling you all whats what. To put it Simply, AD Skarner can have a huge impact on the game, His ult is nearly a 5 second suppress, and on top of that you can cast your Q(which scales almost 1.0 of bonus ad!) during that time, increasing your attack-speed, and pulling said champion into your team.
