Q can save your live in many situations and lets you sustain very well after this patch when life steal is nerfed this skill really come in handy if you need to fill up health. W is like a metal detector you can spot enemy even invisible opponents it is good for chasing and escaping. E I use it only for escape mechanism or catching up to somebody. R(ult) life saving ultimate good against everything.

In my opinion this build is the best build especially when the new item come out Maw of Malmortius it is really good item on tryndamare combine with his ultimate he just can slaughter everyone if Niddaly is on enemy team you will get a 400 AP damage absorbing shield so it really helps you a lot. The frozen mallet heaps your opponent slowed to get extra hits phantom dancers works the same to be easier to catch a enemy if he uses flash. Atma's Impaler will give a nice amount of armor and crit and the passive is great when you have a lot of health with this build. And boots i chose mercury's treads for chasing enemy.

In normal screw your team better to farm and get xp than help your allies they have to play smart and be defensive when you push the lanes when you got to 20min mark you should have minimum 150 farm then ward their jungle and try to kill enemy team one by one tryndamare is like shaco he walking in jungle kills anyone he meets.

Solo Top If enemy doesn't let you farm don't be afraid to use it near death while farming minnions it is only 100 sec long till 25min of the game you will be spending your lane farming and pushing tower then go dominate your enemy team.
Bottom When you are in bottom try to be with a champion that has slow or stun because tryndamare does lots of damage I prefer to go with Nautilus or Blitzcrank.
Jungle Take your Q skill start at blue because you will need a CD reduction of your heal then go from top to bottom clearing all the camps when you have red try to gank lanes if there aren't any good ganks you can do go back buy wards ward enemy jungle.
Solo mid It may sound funny but there are some matches when mid is afk and no one wants to go mid. I tried to mid it is really easy if you can dodge skills attack your opponent when he used all combo or mana then do as much damage as you can and there is a 70% chance to kill your enemy.
