Cho'Gath
Need to pay atention, if you want to give him E-Q they can escape with that silence (W) or with (Q) you can press him with E-W and basics.
Illaoi
its very simple, all what you need is to wait him to give E, or stay behind winions and give him combo E+W+Q+Basic+W.
Master Yi
Very simple, they believe can beat you cuz have speed and you are slow, what you need to do is to press him with E-W- Basics, and wait him to give Q and after this hit hardcore with Q.
Yasuo
They will be very fast with that E, and can do surf very good, just try to give him E and after just enter with combo in him or with W-Basic, you are so tanky for him, and you will do more dmg than he give you.
Jax
its pretty hardcore, if you want to beat him you need to wait him to give his combo, or spam him with E-W. if he jump in you with Q-E-W, you need to press W fast to no take much dmg.
Darius
Darius is hardcore to beat him, you can spam him until he get lvl 3, you need to stay back and to wait jungle for ganks, dont try to beat him, they is more tanky at you and they give more dmg than you.
Gangplank
Its little easy, they no have CC to stop you'r combo, but they can spam you with Q or barrels.
Pantheon
pantheon, give you a very good counter, he can stop you'r combo, you'r E dont broke that shield, he can give you more dmg than you him, so you need to play little deff and to wait jungle.
Jayce
This champ its little hard and little ez, just you need to make you'r combo but fast, bcs he have much abilities to stop you'r animation, and sion without Q si not very useful.
Mordekaiser
its the same like at illaoi.
Malphite
you can beat him very easy, just make him combo or just activate W and go in him with E-Q and hit him hardcore just you need to be careful for enemy jungle.
Poppy
Poppy is a big counter for sion, she is very very tanky and can fk all you'r combo with only one E. like pantheon, you need to wait jungle to gank you.
Tryndamere
tryndamere is very broken vs you cuz they have that E to escape from you'r Q and R to can beat you. (sion is slow).
Ornn
Ornn is very hard to beat him, have abilities to escape from you'r Q, is very tanky, and they will let you to push, and to wait jungle to gank you, cuz he have full CC and how sion is slow you can't escape without one flash or ult.
Irelia
irelia its impossible to beat him, have stun all time, have dmg, have what she need to beat you hardcore. stay back and let him to push and wait jungle.
Maokai
Maokay its not very easy to beat him, he have lifesteal at pasive, and full CC, and he is very tanky, maybe you can to keep it under tower but this is a trap, they wait you to push and after he call jungle, and after 2 seconds you are dead.
