While the items are questionable, you probably need at least a brief description to verify their usage. Also, Mocking Shout is not all too effective at level 2, since you should be farming nonstop (since you are the carry). I would level Bloodlust first, during the laning phase, but take spinning slash at level one just like you did for a possible bush gank. No vote
