this is a guide to ap eve which has massive burst and sustain. with good positioning any team fight you dominate because her ulti on ap is basically an aoe death fires grasp. and the sound animation on her new ulti is amazing.

I go magic pen and ap per lvl as a preference because you can always buy more ap and theres only so many magic pen items so i prefer the magic pen and its amazing end game.

basic caster rune page you dont always need the buff duration but i get it for drag in 3s or baron in 5s

you can start with either a dorans ring or boots 3 depending on if you think you will dominate or be on the defensive. boots three is usually helpful because in stealth eve gets mana regen which is amazing. you want to get the kages pick asap for the gp5 and from there it can be situational what you get. usually get the death fires and use deathfires ulti ravage and then q to death if you are already dominating get a rylais for the chasing to be easier then dfg to rabadons

max your q for the sustain damage and farm and then e for dmg but you always want one point in your w for escaping or chasing

summoner spells are preference but i find flash ignite helpful in all situations

auto attacks like normal if not position yourself to last hit with hate spike, if you are auto attacking and use hate spike it will go through and hit the other minions pushing your lane or poking. if you are farthe behind hate spike will hit the nearest target and just that target from a range.

your ulti can put out massive damage so try to get them grouped and cast it

taking out their carries and providing the aoe dmg from your ulti

either take eve mid top jungle or support shes quite versatile and can go ap in all
