Hey everyone, this is my first Mobafire guide so please excuse any spelling or grammar mistakes in the following guide. Anyways, this is a guide on one of my favourite champions in League of Legends, Shyvana, the half-dragon. I like to play Shyvana as a jungler. Without further delays, lets get on with the guide!

Pros
-Can clear jungle camps very quickly
-Has an ult that has no cooldown
-Works very well with attack speed
-Can gank very well with red buff or phage
-Can be very tanky
-She is a freaken DRAGON
Cons
-Can't gank too well without red buff or phage
-Has no CC aside from ult
-Has no sustain in the jungle
-People kill dragons every game :(

There are many runes that can be used for jungle Shyvana. Personaly I like having a mix of durabillity and damage. I like to use these same runes for solo top. I take armour pen. marks, flat armour seals, magic resist per. level glyphs, and flat health quintessences. You can swap the armor pen. marks for flat AD. You can change your runes depending on your needs and wants.

I go with a simple 9/21/0 jungle build. In offence, I take bonus minions damage and armor pen. In defence, I get returned minion damage and as much health and damage reduction as possible. You can also do a 21/9/0 build if you are more confident in your abilities to survive (I'm not)

Start off with Cloth Armor and 5 health pots. On your first back, get boots, wards and if you can, Madred's Razor. Get Mercury Treads and make sure to buy Wriggle's Lanturn ASAP because it is one of the best items for a junglers. Make sure to ward dragon and baron. After that, get a phage as it will get you that slow you need for ganks. Get Wit's End for the magic resist and the attack speed. Upgrade your phage into a Frozen Mallet and get more health with Warmog's gets Armor for some more health. Lastly get Atmas Impaler to turn all that health into AD. Get rid of Wriggle's Lanturn and the last item is your choice. I chose to get Black Cleaver for the attack speed, AD and armor pen.

I like to use Smite and Exhaust for my summoner spells. I konw many people like flash instead of exhaust, but having that slow for early gank can help your team get first blood. I take smite because of the obvious. You need smite for jungling.

Shyvana is a level 2 ganker. Start at Wraiths and get a teammate to leash the Elder Lizard. After that gank mid or top lane. NEVER gank bot lane because the support usally gets ward at the beginning so ganking there is pointless. Continue farming in the jungle with the wolves and give the Ancient Golem buff to your mid since you don't need the mana or the cooldowns.
