Spells:
Exhaust
Flash
Ability Order
Blade's End (PASSIVE)
Talon Passive Ability
Introduction
PROS
Great burst aoe damage.
Spells have low mana costs, so spells are spammable.
Shadow Assault can save you at critical moments with a good invis juke.
CC capabilities with a silence and slow.
CONS
Still is slightly squishy early game, but Doran's Blade helps boost your chances.
Can't win teamfights on his own, but then against only Mordekaiser can :P

I don't personally like the guides where they straight up tell you to get B.F. Sword, as it leaves you weaker as you try to farm this item up. I believe in quickly dominating your lane and thus win late game, by building cheaper items first. Later on the more expensive items help, and ensure more survivability with Banshee Veil. Of course if you go back and happen to have the gold to buy items like B.F. Sword then buy it.
I start off with Doran's Blade as the extra health, dmg, and lifesteal helps keep you in lane and fend off your enemies with the mana cheap Rake. From there stay in lane as long as possible, at least until you have enough for Boots and The Brutalizer. If you find yourself at low hp before you have the cash though, go back to base it's not worth dying over. At this point buy Boots and Doran's Blade if you have the cash. I usually buy two Doran's Blade for the hp, but if you're doing well then its fine to just skip the second Doran's Blade and go straight for The Brutalizer. Starting around level 4 I usually start going for kills going with Cutthroat first then Rake and Noxian Diplomacy. Once you hit 6 burst with Shadow Assault right after Rake and then hit R again to ensure that the enemy gets hit by the return of the blades.
At this point your role is simply to do as much aoe dmg as you can. Wait for fights to team fights to start and then Cutthroat on the target that is doing either the most dmg or needs to be silenced immediently to stop ults. Then use Rake so that you hit as many as possible and Shadow Assault to do as much aoe damage as possible. Clean up if it appears your winning otherwise do what is only natural and run away. Since you have a great slow ( Rake) you should be able to escape.
These were just my first four games using this guide. Of course I lost after due too some dumbass on my team :/
Notice that I make have a lot of assists. Try your best to get those last hits, but honestly its hard as I noticed that after my initial burst they end up with every little hp but still alive and some ally runs by and 1 shots him. Oh well.
HAVE FUN. Talon is definitely my favorite champion at the moment. Remember that you aren't a tank and that you can burst down tanks late game so don't bother.
Good luck, Have fun!
