The Summoner Spell that best suits my playstyle is...
Why? I do a lot of Solo Ranked games and have no idea of the skills of my partners. Teleport gets me to the area of the map that I am needed in.

Exhaust To get those extra kills, slow an attacker or shutdown a carry.
Ghost To catch that one that almost got away or be the one that got away.
Yordle Snap Trap
Stack your trap ontop of another player's trap. They typically have a false sense of security.
Place a trap in a corpse. This makes it invisible.
Leapfrog bushes by placing it in the next before entering in.
Place two traps in narrow alleyways to shutoff potential surprises.
Throw trap into the fray of a team fight. It will temporally null some of their dps.
Always trap beside yourself before you recall. This can save your life.
If not possible to close a lane, then place two in the middle to give you temporary cover.
Preemptive Strike. This out ranges your white hit so initiate with it.
Closer. As they flee out of your white damage range then tag them for some more damage.
Harass. This out ranges their towers even at level 1. So harass them with it.
Do not Cast it if its 1v1 and he is in white damage range. You lose to much dps.
In team fight, this can grant you many assist.
90 Caliber Net
Use it like a blink/flash. Fire it behind you to launch yourself forward.
Shoot the net in the opposite direction in order to blink/flash through a wall.
Fire it at a pursuer in order to slow them and increase the distance in between.
Do NOT fire it for damage. Your white damage does more and it throws you away from target. Harass players under the tower by walking into tower range then firing it pushing you out.
Ace in the Hole
This is used to finish off a runner.
NEVER fire this during a team fight. You lose to much dps and it can be blocked.
Go into dragon's area. Place two traps at entrance to close it off. Then put your back against the wall where Lizard will be behind you. Now kill dragon. If you are surprise attacked then they will hit traps and you will net the dragon which will flash/blink you through the wall.
