Some things about this champion and build.

Because of Headshot passives Caitlyn, you don't need focus on critical strike chance items since the eighth hit is critical. For this reason that the runes are focused more on attack speed than damage.
If you choose runes attack speed then your items will be essentially damage. If the runes are more damage that attack speed then items will be focused on critical hit percentage and consequently in attack speed, see the build - Elite Shooter.

Champion statistics level 1 - Sniper Shots

1. Base damage: 70 (With Long Sword)
2. Speed attack: 0.77
3. Armor: 33
4. Magic resist: 43

Champion statistics level 18 - Sniper Shots

1. Base damage: 400
2. Critical strike chance: 20%
3. Attack critical: 1000
4. Speed attack: 1.6 ~ 1.7 (8 ~ 9 shots in 5 seconds)
5. Damage per second (DPS): 640 ~ 680 | 1600 ~ 1700 (Min/s | Critical/s)
6. Average damage per second: 830 ~ 1135
7. Steal life: 40% (210 HP/s. Value based on 150 armor opponent)
8. Movement speed: 370 (388 with 3 Dragons done)
9. Armor: 145
10. Magic resist: 95

Obs¹: Real damage to the enemy must be calculated based on his armor, for exemple:
With 150 armor, you will make 405 ~ 1010 per second or 250 ~ 630 damage in one hit approximately.
Obs²: Speed attack up to 1.7 only if you are using Frenzy mastery! Then, your DPS and Avarage DPS will increase too!

Champion statistics level 1 - Elite Sniper

1. Base damage: 74 (With Long Sword)
2. Speed attack: 0.70
3. Armor: 35
4. Magic resist: 43

Champion statistics level 18 - Elite Sniper

1. Base damage: 320
2. Critical strike chance: 75%
3. Attack critical: 835
4. Speed attack: 2 ~ 2.1 (8 ~ 9 shots in 4 seconds)
5. Damage per second (DPS): 420 ~ 445 | 1055 ~ 1110 (Min/s | Critical/s)
6. Average damage per second: 895 ~ 945
7. Steal life: 20% (180 HP/s. Value based on 150 armor opponent)
8. Movement speed: 394 (409 with 3 Dragons done)
9. Armor: 147
10. Magic resist: 95

Obs¹: Real damage to the enemy must be calculated based on his armor, for exemple:
With 150 armor, you will make 420 ~ 1055 per second or 210 ~ 530 damage in one hit approximately.
Obs²: Speed attack up to 2.1 only if you are using Frenzy mastery! Then, your DPS and Avarage DPS will increase too!
