Jax's E completely counters Camille engage. Never engage on him with E because you will have no escape. If he wastes E, you can kill him. However, a good Jax player will know to save E for whenever Camille will try to go in. If you are in a higher ELO then perma ban Jax. Nobody plays him in low ELO so just ban Darius.
Urgot
Urgot is a champion that Camille outscales if he does not snowball. Respect his insane early pressure and play around your jungler. If you are playing weak side (No Ganks) then simply sit under tower until you get Divine Sunderer.
Poppy
Poppy counters Camille's entire kit. She's tanky, she loves to fight near walls, and can cancel your only escape. The one advantage you have over Poppy is damage. However, the laning phase is one of the most excruciating to play against. Just avoid this matchup. If you are unlucky enough to be forced against Poppy, just like every other bad matchup, play for scale. Camille outscales all of her bad matchups except Jax. Once you get Divine Sunderer, Poppy is now manageable. Try to kill Poppy using your Q and W. If you can kill her without using your E, then her W does not pose as much of a threat. If she uses W to escape, then E onto her. If she tries to use her ultimate on you, then dodge the ultimate with your ultimate if possible.
Malphite
Malphite is a major threat to any AD champion. Just like most tanks, it is tough for Camille to efficiently kill them without a lead. Malphite will always do better in teamfights than Camille, so your job is to SPLIT PUSH as far away from Malphite as possible. Its a win-win. If somebody comes to respond to your split push, you either kill them, or remove someone from the teamfight going on somewhere else on the map. If nobody responds to you, you get towers and map pressure.
Darius
Darius is one of Camille's hardest matchups. Darius has high kill pressure in and out of lane. Wins extended fights, and can burst you down really fast. Avoid this if possible.
Ornn
This is just a farming lane, try to sit under tower and wait for gank. If the jungler is playing for bot side, then just peacefully farm. Ornn is too tanky and does too much damage to warrant fighting him in lane. Also he has some of the best gank assist in the game so if you overextend and you get ganked, you better pray that your E saves you, but it likely wont since Ornn has his R which can cancel your E. Not to mention the rest of his kit. Ornn will always do better in teamfights than Camille, so your job is to SPLIT PUSH as far away from Ornn as possible. Its a win-win. If somebody comes to respond to your split push, you either kill them, or remove someone from the teamfight going on somewhere else on the map. If nobody responds to you, you get towers and map pressure.
Fiora
Skill Matchup: Its time for mindgames, Fiora has lots of healing, damage, and mobility. But the main reason this matchup can be difficult is her W (Parry). If you get stunned by Fiora, then you basically die unless you are super ahead. Overall, if you are confident and looking for a challenging but fun matchup, then play Camille into Fiora.
Renekton
Renekton is one of League's most infamous Top Lane Bully's. You actually win Lvl 1 so try to poke with W or trade with Q. Renekton has one of the best Lvl 3's in the game so respect his powerspikes. Renekton also beats Camille at lvl 6 so overall, play for scale because Renekton will always fall off at somepoint unless he has a massive lead over you.
Jayce
Skill matchup: A good Jayce poses an extreme threat to Camille. However, since nobody plays Jayce, Jayce is just a champion you can never kill. He has lots of movement speed, and can knock you out of your ultimate. Also many players underestimate his damage. My tip would be to trade with him while he is in gun form, Jayce is at his most vulnerable in gun form since he does not have his slow and knock back. Try to engage while he is on cooldown when switching weapons.
Sion
Sion is very easy to kite early since Camille has both E and Q movement speed. However, once Sion gets tanky, he is not worth your time. Try to out perform him on the map by roaming or split pushing. You want to be as far away from Sion as possible unless you have a large lead on him. Split push if Sion is team fighting, and team fight if Sion is splitting. Sion can kill Camille if she misplays. Sion should never kill Camille though since Camille can E through walls and can dodge his ult with her ult.
Illaoi
Illaoi is very easy to lane against, but very hard to get ahead of. Illaoi is tanky, does damage, and wins every all in imaginable. If Illaoi misses her E in lane, GO IN. Illaoi loses most of her damage Pre 6 without E, so if you go in if she misses E, you can punish her or even kill her. After 6, respect her more but still try to wittle her down with W then if you think you can kill her when she's low enough, you can kill her even if she uses ultimate. Illaoi is also an immoble champion so playing around ganks is a good idea aswell.
Teemo
Teemo may seem very scary, but after you get Sheen, just go to town on him. Bait his blind and then kill him. The only thing you should worry about are minions and shrooms that will do the majority of the damage if he kites you properly. For early laning, bring the Resolve Rune: Second Wind and the item Doran's Shield. These items completely negate Teemo's poke damage early game and allow you to comfortably scale and get items without him getting too far ahead.
Garen
Garen might scare some newer Camille players, but Garen is so easy to kite that his threatening kit becomes nothing more than a nuisance. However, Garen can still be a big threat if you play incorrectly. His silence can prevent you from escaping, his passive will heal most of your damage, and his ultimate gives his a big fighting advantage. Abuse him before he gets Lvl 6 then respect him until you get your items. The best way to beat Garen in a 1v1 is to dodge his ultimate with your ultimate. If you learn the timing and the laning, this matchup is very easy.
Gnar
I think this matchup is very easy. Abuse him in Mini Gnar, respect him in Mega Gnar. Mega Gnar can shutdown Camille's mobility and can even kill her. Mini Gnar however is much more mobile but far less threatening. Use W to heal from trades and use E to engage ontop of Gnar. Because of your passive, you should always win. Never try to fight him without passive or else you could lose the trade. Also, fight him after the reverts back to Mini Gnar because that is when he cannot generate fury to transform again due to his exhaustion passive.
Vayne
Start E and simply jump ontop of her. You will always win and can even kill her. Without her E to push you away or her Q to run away, Vayne is nothing more than an ADC getting sliced by Camille's sharp legs. Once Vayne hits Lvl 3, revert back to playing around your W then going in for an all in if she oversteps or if she's low enough. Be careful for her stun if you position near a wall. This can result in you taking a massive trade which forces you to take a bad recall or even die. Vayne outscales Camille so try to get a lead early game and just keep killing her.
Galio
Both of your ultimates combined create a trap for the enemy carry that cannot be avoided.
Malphite
Hard lockdown for enemy carry. Malphite with Camille can 2v5 an entire fight if done properly. Camille kills everybody while Malphite uses his CC to lockdown the enemies while tanking many abilities at the same time.
Diana
Camille and Diana pose a massive threat to the entire enemy team and carry. They can lockdown the carry and deal massive damage to the entire team.
Lulu
Lulu's ultimate is amazing on any carry champion. The knockup can leave the enemy team in a horrible possition, extra tankiness helps Camille front-line and maintain damage, and the slow helps Camille stick on targets.
