well, i have exermented and found this out as somthing that works
i have iona boots because of the cooldown reduksjon, and the doran because of mana hunger early on.
the evil morellos tome for the mana reg, and abilitypower and the cooldown reduksjon.
the hecksteck are getting me ap, some Ad so i can creeps that i already have used E on so i can get extra mana. and the Spell wamp and the Active abylity help me kill the enemy
