This build is a medium to late game oriented build. His ultimate makes it so he can lifesteal for its duration unless exhausted or ignited. So with this in mind you dont need to build nearly as much survivability.

Gives you enough armor pen to go through jungle armor and bonus ad for your q and auto attack.

This gives you decent chasing with the frozen mallot/phantom dancer combination. As well as armorpen from youmuus and crits from youmuus phantom and infinty edge. If you perfer black clever over youmuus you can switch the two items but i would recommend the youmuus for the boost in movespeed

PROS: VERY STRONG JUNGLER! He can start almost anywhere and snowballs extremely well. As well as the ability to carry.

CONS: His transition from very early to late midgame is poor. His ganking tool is unreliable at best. as well as he cannot be very agressive against crowd control heavy lanes pre level 6.

With the new jungle and new masteries he can do anything he wants in the jungle as well as being able to brawl with alot of enemy junglers. Instead of listing the ones he can since that list is longer the list for who he cannot brawl against is lee sin, skarner, udyr and any jungler with an early stun.
