In this build I will discuss the way I have been playing this under rated champion. Previously in summoner rift Cassiopeia is not a very strong champion mostly because the wide open lanes and if Cassiopeia is behind in kills or farm she is easily brought down in 1v1 or team fights. With Dominion, the XP and Gold are increased and gained over time so keeping up in levels and farm are there, Also the lanes are much more narrow allowing for your poison to set in and you can just spam, spam, spam. Since most people are building Glass Cannons in Dominion even if a strong melee champ such as Xin or Jax jumps you, you can usually still win in a 1v1 or 1v2.
