General Info

Early Game try to focus on farming. Buy GP10s in order to add to this. Becoming the late game monster tank involves farming up the gold you need to buy your resistances.
Land QWs in lane then Auto attack generally to start a trade. Even if they get some damage back you can shrug off most trades by last hitting minions in addition to your philo stone.
Use R to get feast stacks up. Once you max our your stacks at 6 you can start using your feast to give heavy burst damage to your combos in lane, finish off enemies.
If you can land your QW into a R on the AD or AP carry then do so.
Always use feast in order to secure a dragon/baron.
If you die and lose feast stacks try to build them back up.

Start boots and 3 potions
On first recall buy a philosopher's stone, and more potions. Upgrade boots if you have enough money. Next buy a heart of gold
Your core items from here are Wits End and Frozen Heart. Wits End works well with your Es adding to the magic damage you do and allowing you to get more magic resist.
Frozen heart gives great armor, cooldown reduction and mana as well to make good use of your rupture, roar combos.
Next buy a frozen mallet in order to lock enemies down with slows after a QW combo and allowing you to land more of your auto attacks.
Sell your heart of gold and buy an abyssal sceptor, then sell your philo stone and buy guardian angel last.
Near end game if you have nothing better to buy buy blue elixirs for an extra boost.
Other good items are:
Force of Nature
Randuin's Omen
Shurlya's Reverie
Always build according to your teams needs.
