Yeah I definintely think you should make Catalyst into an item, though.

Also wtf put 9 points into attack for 15% magic penetration, 9 points into utility is completely useless.

Why are you saving scream until level 13? Cho's attackspeed isn't worth maxing spines this early and you're seriously gimping your midgame without silence. Two of your final 3 items are Warmog's. That doesn't give them time to grow. Sunfire Cape is useless because you generally can't stay next to a champ long enough for it to matter--if you're that close, just rupture-scream-feast kill. Why Catalyst and nothing to build it into? What is even the point? Make it a Rod or Banshee's. You should probably open Sapphire Crystal and 2 health pots if you're going to go Catalyst first, but honestly you should just open regen pendant.

Tank Cho doesn't contribute much to the team, he lacks strong initiation and doesn't do much damage. You should try out an AP build, and yes, I know what I'm talking about, I've mained Chogath for about 500 games.

Yea i forgot.
In the end-game you can change the catalysator to anything what is good for the Game, depends on, are your enemy's Caster, Tanks, or meele's.

Why no atma's impaler? Late game you can sell catalyst for +120 damage.

I put in the tier 2 runes because i use them, i will change it.
And second I use Catalyst because every levelup you get alot of mana and health as well, its usefull, if your clarity is on cooldown!

Any reasons why runes are not tier 3?
Also, does catalyst ever turn into anything? Seems kinda odd, when you could be rushing leviathan or Warmog's.
