I play cho really tanky. now the runes i use may seem a bit weird at first but the CD reduction is nice for Feast.

I like to harass with rupture early on and once i hit six either go for and easy champ kill or just eat minions to get stacks fast.

Flash- I like to use this to get feast off on a running opponent or to escape those pesky ganks that are going to happen.

Ignite- This is just nice to have, you can use this to kill off low health opponents early game ( by low i mean like under 100) or you can stop characters like mundo from regening all that hp you just took away.

I like the defensive tree for cho because of tenacity and the extra health. I do not use cho as AP or AS. The Utility tree is for more mana regen and a little extra gold from Greed, The extra xp is always nice to have. I do not go offensive, this build is pure TANK.

This build is pure tank, the items are there for the health/ health regen. However, you can switch the sunfire cape for an Atma's Impaler if you feel you need the AD from that.

The GA is self-explanatory. I mean who wants to die and the extra armor + Magic resist is always good.

Other than that, GL HF and play tanky ^.^ . you should end the game with 6k health with both warmogs full and full stacks on ulti.
