Summary

this build is a experiment i am testing and so far it has worked pretty well, gives great power to beat someones face in early game. i haven't tried the idea of getting paragon first at the moment but i fused it with another build as people may notice. usually i get Heroic Charge then Devastating blow then Paragon as my first 3 but i thought of getting paragon first for the extra speed and damage along with having the runes. i may change the first item for an AD to increase that. any ideas to help the experiment i would be more than happy to look into it.
