intro

Teemo was my first kill ever.Really. I was teemo and i killed the other one. i was nub until i found teemo.so my job that week was get enough IP to actualy get teemo.I like teemo cus he can go AP and AS or even heavy dps. Tanking isnt outa the question since he has a blind.

Pros and cons

Pros
-a squishier shen(can be built to anything)
-a great passive that lets u camp
-a better passive that lets u poison(great farmer and will get pesky heros like kassidna that like to run away)
-he can be built AS which makes him great pusher
-he can be built AP making him great tank killer

Masteries

i go with a 23 7 0 because teemo needs that armor or elseu will die. easily. Ive seen other team go full 30 0 0 (wth?) and get shutdown by one CC.The crit dmg modifers r good for this build since that is where most of dmg in this build will be from.

Items

start out wif a dorans blade or vampiric scepter, depending on the who ur laning against.(squishy or tank respectivly). After that go for sword of the divine for that early dmg and armor piercing.(do not over estimate the 40 armor pen, it wnt kill rammus or shen). Get a berserkers greaves for the speed(teemo has a very slow movement speed throughout the game).After that get ur first Phantom dancer, then your Blood Thirster. Get Infinity edge. FINALLY another phantom dancer.

Spells

Exhaust and Flash is beast on teemo.Most peepo know u just need to smack teemo once and he drasticly lose speed, but flash and exhaust and u got a free kill. Exhaust is an extra blind which every one likes, but u can swicth out exhaust for cleanse since CC culd be a problem ( Sion eats u up)

Crits

With this build u r friggin a ranged tyrandan.... wif out the endless *********(so many times tyrandan has just smacked me wif endless *********)u will do 600 + becus of crits and the infinity edge boost.

Farming

Its SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO easywif teemo. Since u r not AP u probly wnt kill wi shrooms( mayb if u place........ 20 30)So wste them on creep. one shroom will end a creep wave in 4 sec
