Miss Fortune Build

Behavior in game: You can take some hits with this build, but you should NEVER tank a battle, stay behind everyone and try to always stay alive.
summoner's spells: Ghost and Flash. I'm addicted to flash, just cant play without it. These are really nice skills for offense and deffense, it will keep you alive from many ganks.
masteries: you are the main killer in the game, so Havoc is a must. Perseverance, Expanded Mind and Medidation lets you spam "make it rain" almost every wave in the early game, plus you need mana all the game.
skills: Some people like "double up" at first, but i think "make it rain" and "impure shots" much better. Double up can do a nice damage and help you get a kill in early game, but make it rain gives slow and takes away all the creeps, so you'll be hitting his tower much more. And when you do get a chance to hit the tower more than 4 or 5 times, use impure shots, thats the only time i use this skill on early game (or on a battle if engaged of course), i dont use for creeping to save mana for "make it rain".
try to use make it rain once per wave, and when you hit the opponent champion you can get some free hits, since he'll be walking off the skill AOE and slowly.
Bullet time: As soon as a team fight starts, use make it rain (to keep the enemies in your ult AOE), and then start the bullet time. Try to always let the other players of your team tank the team fights.
Runes]: Armor penetration gives you a mass damage on first hits (for example you can kill a lvl 1 veigar with VERY few hits)
Dodge and magic resist: im addicted to these 2, i just can't let go off 6.8 dodge and magic resist (since most of heroes that you solo against have magic damage).
Quintecensse of Swiftness: You can choose to go flat health (x3 quintecensse of fortitude), works nice too. I like the 4,5% move speed bonus, since you already have a lot of move speed this will stack, but it's up to you.
-Doran's Blade: gives a nice health to start, a potion to keep you more time in the lane
-Boots of swiftness: gives permanent +3 movement, this is important cuz you can easily lose your passive movement bonus by getting one hit from anything. "Why not berserkers?": you already have and impure shots, and this build is not about how fast you hit, is about how hard you hit.
-Frozen Mallet: A must for health, wich Miss fortune doesnt have much. Plus a combo with your high move speend and slow on target makes the enemies escapes really difficult.
-Sword of the occult: Make this only if you're not dying too much. Otherwise skip to Infinity Edge
-Infinity Edge: The main source of your damage
-Bloodthirster: Crazy lifesteal and damage
-Black Cleaver: A must if you have highly armored enemies
if you the enemies dont have too much armor, youmuu's ghostblade is a nice option.
These are not the right itens for every game, there are some games that i have to make "Force of Nature", others that require "Last Whisper" after infinty edge, to pass big armors, and in some cases "Guardian Angel", for those ult strikes combos AOE (most of them with amumu on it) that you just cant stay alive. So of course, each game requires different items, but this is the main build.
