This is the most basic AD rune page there is, but instead of flat magic resist, it comes with magic resist over time because most likely you'll be solo top against an AD champion. This means when you're out of the lane phase, you'll have more magic resist to fight any AP champion.

Starting off with regrowth instead of boots and 3 pots because philosopher stone will be easier to obtain, and also provides more sustain. Usually you would sell your philosopher stone anyways. If you feel that philosopher stone is useless and you're getting fed like crazy, then go ahead and skip it and use it as a recipe for Warmog's armor. Now, I would recommend using Warmogs over frozen mallet because darius already possesses crippling strike which slows. Warmogs also provides more HP ( Survivability ) than Frozen mallet, and maybe risking only about 7 attack damage when combining it with atma's impaler. If you prefer maw of malmortius then go ahead and buy it, but guardian angel is just a helpful alternative.
